He's giving you a masterclass on evading arrest. Take notes. Lesson 1, he's not "being safe" just to be a good guy, he's exploiting the traffic around him to gain an advantage. He actually makes several calculated but unsafe risks with the number one goal of the cop losing line of sight. Him crisscrossing and flashing drivers only puts more cars in front of the cops view of him. It's less about gaining the most distance and more about gaining the most obstruction of the line of sight. My man grew up playing need for speed and knows you can't win the race if you crash

Not to mention the logical side of persons understanding how dangerous and unsafe this is. If a 16 yo is willingly trying to do this with no practice then rather than looking at them to blame, look at their parents and anyone who raised him to do something like this without proper training and worry for others. This guy drives so well because his first thing he's doing is looking out for others, using how they drive to his advantage, you can find videos of people who do this very skillfully and they are almost immediately looking out for pedestrians and other vehicles.
