In this study, a hand exoskeleton robot for rehabilitation using a
three-layered sliding spring mechanism is presented. The advantage of
the proposed mechanism compared to previously presented studies, is
compact, light weight and high output force due to the compliant
structure using the layered springs. In this paper, we introduce the
mechanical structure of the proposed mechanism.
The first prototype was built actuating four fingers except thumb,
using a single linear motor. The output force of each finger is
currently limited up to 3 N and expected to be increased.
The weight of prototype is approximately 300 g including motor.
How much cost of this
can this be bought somewhere?
I have need finger spring but not by online can u tell the address I m belong to India utter pradesh(U.p)
Is this something commercially available? My brother needs the exact treatment for his right hand but I couldn't find a suitable, affordable solution.
Hi Timucin. I have the exact same question (a brother with the same need and for right hand), did you find something? I'm thinking of asking some expert to create a fundraiser (so a group of people who needs it can have it for free or affordable) or some donation website that could help some of us... I live in Chile and do not have much info here but I guess if we search together we could work something out, thanks!
I also purchase the device whats the cost.of priice
