I'm Muslim and I am 9 years old and I am fasting and I'm trying to not look at the kitchen 🤣🤣🤣 and it is healthy but hard to not drink or eat at all but I'm ok may Allah bless you Ramadan Kareem

Based on my experience, cutting down calories during iftar decreases my sleep hours requirement to minimum
