On this week’s episode of That Peter Crouch Podcast, we have a bit of a different set up as sick note Pete continues to be shackled to San Marino’s side.
It is a double whammy of disappointment for Sid’s and Chris who are not only deprived of their weekly pint with the bigman but also of an interview with King Cantona himself. The Man Utd legend sadly pulled out of today’s interview after realising this may not have been the best platform to host an interview WITHOUT mentioning his football career.

Pete reveals that he would have signed for anyone who could have sorted him an Adidas rig out and the real reason benchwarmers would be overjoyed being an unused sub at a champions league final.

There are so many other interesting blokes you can talk to. Would be interesting to get some more foreign players on, but those who actually like football and want to talk about it.

Not going to lie, been listening to this podcast since day 1. I feel like you boys are going down a slippery slope with this Cantona stuff, it's not great and you know it. He has definitely not earnt the right to come on a football podcast and not talk about football. It's awkward to listen to you lads when we know you're talking s*** blatantly. Get back to the football and what the listeners want, forget all this sponsor stuff as well. We get you need to indorse the sponsors, get it done with and out the way. Stay true to routes of the pod and get back to the silly banter / football talk we listen for. Not hating on you boys, still love the pod and will keep listening - just noticing things going awol a little this year. Chumbawamba is required! P.S. Ben Foster has more followers because he's more raw and less commercialised, it's why people listen to podcasts for (an alternative view). otherwise we may as well just be spoon fed by sky news or BBC etc. Say true, voice your opinions! How the hell can you feel like it's a good idea to not talk about football on a football podcast are you joking? Cantona is like the bloke down the pub who thinks he's good at singing but everyone is too scared to tell him otherwise. Elton worked as he talked mainly about football and not so much about his singing career.

Got some recommendations for the pod. Chris stark needs to ask more questions like the appearance bonus, he is like us being an outsider looking in and could make this pod more interesting by asking the ins and outs of a footballs day to day. Second. Get Jose morinho on full time. A morinho pod is what KZhead is missing and signing him up for 3 years could see Mr beast ratings tumble. Third.
