One thing that comes across strongly in these comments is the sheer pride Ethiopians have in their country, and indeed their airline. These 2 Ethiopian ladies have received nothing but genuine, clean and respectful comments. Let's hope Ethiopia continues on its path to economic growth.

they are not the only two female pilots , 😁 there were about 20 in 2020 and 24 more in aviation school Ethiopian Airlines ownes 127 aircrafts , even more than KLM from the Netherlands

I have enjoyed watching almost all of the female pilots fly their aircraft with professionalism and great courtesy, makes me envious since as a little I dreamed of being a pilot, that dream never came to be. Many many years ago when I wanted to train as an airline pilot someone advised that Ethiopia has reputation for best pilot training in Africa. Unfortunately I couldn't afford it but this video suggests that my informant was right. Just brilliant. I watched the full video other than the sudden change from landing to take off at the end it was quite enjoyable
Excellent video! Good steady camera work, totally clear views of the displays, good exposure balance throughout! Not to mention the Captain and First Officer doing a cracking job! What a lovely aircraft too. Such modern displays, controls and layout :-)

The more I watch these great videos, it’s amazing that once in flight, how little the pilots actually look out the windscreen.

Yes, Ethiopian is one fantastic run airline. Looking at their fleet and network is amazing! and we're very lucky to have been filming them for more than 10 years now!👍

These women are amazing. Very professional and nice to see.
Their professionalism is based Standard Operational Procedures, SOP, followed worldwide. These SOPs are fine tuned from previous, unprofessional, (shoddy, overtired, hung over, drunk, drugged, inattentive, blazee) cockpit operations, that resulted in dozens of fatal crashes, with the loss of thousands of lives. You sure don't want to see that Crash series. Me? . A Rtd. Airline Check. Capt. and the Pilot Union Rep at air crash investigations).

Awesome video thanks for sharing. It's funny how going all the way back to the A-300 the landing gear doors closing always made a lot of noise. The flaps retracting use to as well. Great video!
