  • This video is great. Ya’ll explain things way better and easier than other influencers. Not to mention the b-roll demonstration that doesn’t even seem like acting. Honestly, I’m just super impressed with how much effort was put into this video. Bravo.

  • Great Information! Along with that, your video editing is right on. Many, many other video coaches explain the technique, then show a piece of video that doesn’t actually show it happening. Thank you!

  • Interesting that at least one of you use a one handed topspin dink/speedup off the bounce. Would be great to do a video on that if you havent already. Im transitioning to 2hbh and have the 1hbh speed up off the air that i use regularly, but have always felt that the 1hbh bounce speed up klmight be worth developing even if most pros dont use it....it just seems hard to keep the ball of the bounce in front of you enough but maybe its just a footwork issue

  • How do you train to anticipate lob? What are the signs and what precaution should be taken to return it ?

    @yasim9435@yasim9435Ай бұрын
    • This is Shea, I’m not great at reading lobs to be honest. I primarily look for paddle angle and backswing. If they are really beneath the ball and have a bigger than normal backswing, it’s likely a lob. However it’s quite easy to disguise a lob as a regular dink so it’s difficult to know. Caleb might have a better answer for you!

  • Poach like hell and hit it hard 100% using topspin and knife slices when possible. Play like you’re a tennis dbbls partner. Become that guy!

  • Do you have any concerns of hitting opponents into face when targeting their shoulder ? In tennis that would bad sportsmanship I var majority of cases.

    @yasim9435@yasim9435Ай бұрын
    • Definitely be careful, that’s why we recommend only doing this in a match where others expect it. Pickleball is more close quarters than tennis and hitting the head can happen more often. Just don’t be intentional about it!

  • Great video but did you really say don’t use the speed up at the rec level?! If you meant don’t try to take their head off with the speed up I agree.

    @Goofymonkey11@Goofymonkey11Ай бұрын
    • Depends on the type of rec play 🤷‍♂️ But in general we mean control your power so you don’t injure people who aren’t prepared for it

      @CrackedPickleball@CrackedPickleballАй бұрын
    • Ah gotcha. Yeah, I agree with that. If it’s a weaker player I don’t slam overheads at them or try to drive balls at full speed through them. Thanks for clarifying 👍🏻
