This setup will have you dreaming. The 80 series Landcruiser feels more like a home the more I do to it. This setup (excluding drawers) cost just under $600! With a bit of DIY you'd be surprised how much money you can save.
Now that I have a kitchen in the back, I can make any meal, anywhere.

  • Had a drop down slide works well and a evekool 60 litre fridge/freezer now I have arb kitchen draws and now have purchased a 65 litre brass monkey upright fridge freezer to install

  • On long trips out into remote locations I would like you to consider a 200 litre water bladder on the roof under the roof rack for showering .

    • 200L of water that high will drastically change the centre of gravity of the car unfortunately.

  • Hi where did you get the bracket that attaches to the spare wheel bracket and the table from for the fridge can't go wrong with Engel I've got two and had them for 15 years and never had a problem with one is going all the time

    • Wow that’s good to know! So with the bracket I actually cut up some 3mm sheet metal and welded it to fit. This was done before I started KZhead…

    • They’re run from the auxiliary battery. Solar panel charges them.

    • Esky better, food in tupperwares keeps it dry and fresh, a quality one should hold ice for a long weekend, and every servo carry’s ice if topping up
