Chebureks recipe
Cheburek dough:
* Flour 500 gr.
* Water 240 ml.
* Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. (olive oil)
* Salt 1 tsp.
Meat filling:
* Minced meat 450 gr. (beef)
* Onion 1-1 pcs.
* Water 150 ml. (depending on the minced meat)
* Parsley
* Salt and pepper to taste
