Man these were truly amazing mystery boxes! Obviously, you can get some “duds” but honestly even the duds had value in some way with rarity/vintage cards. That neo Lugia…omg right outta the movie just like I remember as a kid. Thank you rev for showcasing these boxes, I hope one day I’ll have the cash and the guts to buy them too!
Man do I wish I still had my Lugia from the Pokemon 2000 movie. Was such a good feeling to go see the new movie you were so stoked for and come home with a holo rare of your new favourite Pokemon. I coveted that card for years.

The machamp from sky ridge was one of the coolest ones I’ve seen you pull from the blue boxes definitely a nice grab!

Might be a noob question was it the slab or the sleeve on the cgc venuursaur that had the PSA stamp on the bottom as that looked wired seeing both logos on the slab
I spotted this too. I think it was the sleeve that said PSA. Not sure if they just reused an old sleeve when repacking?

If you were wondering he actually made $340 in profit if you subtract the cost of the boxes to the sum of the cards. (I valued the normal boxes at $90 and the better one at $500)

Wow that was awesome. I’ve never seen that Suicine before but at the beginning of this year was when I started collecting again and the original Suicine is the first card I bought. But, that Lugia was amazing wow. Lugia is my all time favorite and I have the English version non 1st edition but I always loved the way the Japanese cards looked.
