Just checked ebay, and all the iconic mystery boxes are now selling for 200-300 lol. But before the posting of this they were selling between 50-75...crazy how fast the market reacts haha.

Sadly official site been out of stock at least last few weeks. Been following auctions on eBay trying to get 1 or 2 for not an absolutely ridiculous price but nothing so far. N even before this video single ones were going for 100plus

Seems suspicious. Either the retail on these boxes are ridiculous, or manufacturer caught word a big youtuber was opening their product and had to seed them with some unrealistic expectations.

Lol you can literally see the video cut everytime he gets to the vintage pack but it doesn't when he's going thru regular packs.
I opened plenty of these through out the past 5 years. Oldest pack I ever got was black and white base set lol.
I opened the $25 dollar mystery boxes from Walgreen 2019. Came with 5 packs with a chance for a vintage pack. I bought 12 boxes and got two supreme victor packs.

I HIGHLY doubt they knew who they were selling to. He uses a sock account on eBay (and has been royally scammed before). The mystery box seller probably noticed he bought like ten of them so recognized he was an un-boxer. Then likely bumped up the rarities and threw a bunch of sw/sh booster packs to even the draws. Not really PokeRevs fault. Although he should in future videos order them separately.

First of all he cuts it after every pack just to improve the experience, and second of all if he really wanted to he could put the ack in the box between the cuts, not just the last one
It's so obvious they saw your last video, realized they don't get any orders of 10 boxes so when they saw this one they saw it matched the same info and made these absolutely insane for you. There's no chance a regular person gets this

Did you buy all of the mystery boxes at once? If so there’s a BIG chance the seller (even if you didn’t use your main eBay account) noticed that you were most likely a KZheadr doing unboxings. I’m not saying you weren’t lucky, but I’d take it with a grain of salt.

They probably did. A streamer that I follow on twitch bought 5 and 3 of the boxes had recent packs such as battle styles, chilling reign, and evolving skies. Those 3 boxes also had the exact same vintage card: a safari Rhyhorn. The most different pack he got was a japanese 25th anniv pack and 2 darkness ablaze packs. Yikes.
This has to be the case, no one gets this lucky that is insane. They wouldn't be making profit from these statistics.

I remember pulling a Japanese holo charizard when I was younger. Awesome packs and pulls, but I feel these boxes were staged to boost this companies sales. With my experience when buying these boxes I usually get crap.

I've only recently started watching this guy, but can definitely say this felt different to the other videos...energy was just different when pulled those vintage packs. (1st one was probably the most genuine reaction) someone definitely leaked the source of who's buying these packs for advertising

I also completely agree, I love Rev but he really felt off during the video and the editing was super questionable. There was a cut everytime he had opened the box, right before he got a vintage pack, and I literally mean every time... maybe he put the vintage packs in there? Seller saw a dude bought bulk, knew it was a big Pokémon guy, and made a business move by sending cracked out mystery boxes. Can’t say it didn’t pay off because these are selling for $200-$300. Kinda sad since I’ve seen others open these with absolutely nothing in them. Surprised Rev didn’t mention anything being sorta fishy…
I usually don't comment on videos, but as entertaining as this video was. I do believe the sellers made the boxes better than usual knowing they would be going to your channel. Who knows though! :D

I watched the graded cards and while entertaining, I didn’t think I’d really be interested in getting any, but these? These are absolutely insane!
I definitely wouldn't expect to get the type of luck Rev got. I don't think Rev would intentionally rig the packs at all, but I do think the "iconic mystery box" website would rig it if they knew it was going to Rev. Its harder to hide info on their website than it is ebay. They either knew roughly where Rev lived, or they saw an order of 10 and thought it was going to be a mystery box opening on youtube. But regardless, it is sus as hell. I could be wrong, maybe Rev is the luckiest man alive, who knows

That first base pack was definitely planted by Rev. You can see the footage is clearly edited @ 4:06 and he has placed the booster in the box

TBF, he opened the pack of Fossil from the box WITHOUT a cut. But what WAS fishy is afterwards he said "You SAW me open that..." Like we didn't "see" you open the other boxes? I assume there are actually vintage packs in these, but he's trying to make the pull rates look WAYYYY better than they actually are lol. My guess is there's a 1/10 chance of a vintage pack, but the amount of boxes you need to buy, then you might as well just purchase the pack online lol.

I started watching this channel a few weeks ago and rather enjoyed several of the videos. After this video, I don't know if I will continue to watch. I got excited at first and even went to there site to buy some of these. While I'm trying to decide how many to buy, I keep this video going and the BS got deeper and deeper. No shot he got that many OG packs on the first 3. These boxes are loaded for sure. I don't know if he knew this before he started opening them, but he does this more than any of us do so he damn well knows these decks are loaded to the gills. I don't know if that's much better or not. Hell he may have got paid in guaranteed monster pack pulls to open these for all we know.

They either weighed the packs which made them comfortable stacking the boxes and peeked the japanese ones with a light, or they knew it was Rev. No shot these are just the odds on these lol. Even weighed/peeked packs of these are crazy for these usual scammy type boxes

They either saw someone order 10 and thought it could be Rev or another big youtuber, or they knew the region he lived in and assumed it was him, since he does mystery boxes often. Or they just weighed/peeked the packs. Those are my guesses. But there is no shot if I go out and buy 10 that I get more than 1 or 2 weighed packs at the most. Maybe japanese fossil or team rocket, which are cheaper vintage stuff.

Yea this is fake. Either it is sponsored, they knew who was buying and seeded these items to boost prices, or he is placing the stuff in himself. Based on these ratios the company selling these has lost more then they would ever make to sell them. I love your content but you have to know this is not normal and anyone who knows these would say the same.

I've seen you livestream for hours on end, barely messing up once. So you're telling me you had to cut the video and make a new take about 50 times in one 20 minute video. So did they know you were going to open these on KZhead? They've been raising the price all day ever since this was uploaded, and people used to do this with Magic grab bags all the time on eBay. A major KZheadr opens them and *magically* happens to get a Black Lotus, then the price of their grab bags goes up. Obviously and sincerely I know you'd never engage in that, but any company that stands to profit from it definitely might.

I doubt it. It seems he bought these secondhand on eBay or something. People he bought from wouldn’t get anything out of selling to him for $75 when they could open them and sell the packs instead

They know PokeReV ordered them. And they send good stuff to promote their business and boxes. You can not have multiple eBay accounts with a single email. PokeReVs eBay account shows that it's him.

This has to be a publicity stunt. They sent him great boxes to then inflate their price online. If the rates were this high there’s no way to profit at this rate.

When he buys by himself, he always made an intro buyin on the website and saying that he's buying with a different name, so maybe that's why this ones are so good (or maybe he just forgot the intro), i'm not complaining, he is one of, if not the best "poke-cards" youtuber and he deserves all the sponsors he can get.
I opened some up before and the craziest pack I got was a aquapolis pack and I got it graded. Luckily it came back a ten and then I sold it for about $1,200. It was nice!
