my man, how yall got WHITE people running neighborhoods like this in Africa and yall ppl struggling lol. When will yall learn to stop trusting these ppl and allowing them to settle in yall countries, this is how they how we became slaves and this is how they captured America. Yall gotta smarten up over there smh
Please, @StevenNdukwu share some good addresses for my next travel in Mauritius. I need to visit those amazing places. Thanks.
Great...Tres bien

Nigerian property developers need to take notes... greenery, gardens and outdoor plants/trees are necessary 😅
No space
@@StevenNdukwu they just don't know how to do landscaping. All they know is to fill outdoor space with tiles and faux grass lol
@StevenNdukwu Not true, it's a mindset and Nigeria is not the only culprit. With an all concrete estate there is serious risk of flooding.
This comment right here is gold. I feel like they too fascinated by luxury gold marble
Tell that to Dubai too not only Nigeria okay
Hi guys as a Mauritian I don't have anything against tourists or foreigners- indeed our economy need them. What I don't agree is a small group of local business people making huge profits selling our land to foreigners. 15 years ago it was very difficult for a foreigner to buy a property in Mauritius but now it seems to be common practice. Our land is very small and I doubt in a few years time young mauritians will be able to afford buying land!!! We import nearly every foodstuff frm abroad wasn't it more important for the local businesses to invest in these kind of development? instead of being allowed to sell our land like that!
Too bad they only care about making money and not their people.
😢🥺
All over the world the price of housing has skyrocketted and it has nothing to do with foreigners. Be grateful that expats come to Mauritius and thanks to them thousands of people are able to feed their families.
the question now is what can you do as an individual about it? Next what does the government say about this? I think it's not just an economic problem but also a political problem.
What is worse is the crazy prices they are selling these houses for. I'm married to a Mauritian and we could buy some land and build the same type of house considerably cheaper. These developers are just ripping off foreigners who know no better and, as you say, pushing out the local Mauritians.
The Africa that we don’t see on cnn and bbc.thank you steven 🎉Africa is blessed 😇
Developed by Europeans with European money. 🤣
isn't like this how CHINA developed?... People invested in CHINA and we all saw the rest... you're building in Africa, those homes will have to stay in Africa, they got no wheels...😂business is just business.@@oasis5683
@@oasis5683wich you steal from the african
Hmmm 🤔
@@oasis5683not only money according to thm there’s no even water 💦 w😂even the water that we use it come from Europe 🤣 .thank you Steve to show thm the beauty of Africa.
Ironically, Indo-Mauritians and Sino-mauritians with money don't buy property in these integrated resorts preferring their ancestral homes in the hinterlands or the outskirsts of the towns
I live in Mauritius too, and I work with an real estate agent I'm a Nigerian and Mauritius is beautiful and affordable also 1 of the most peaceful country to live in
Please how is real estate business over there? I'm a Nigerian as well #
@@zetozetojerry2125 Nigerians have bad name over there, please do not believe any Nigerian who says he is on that kind of business, the TRUTH is always BITTER, the fact is 99.9%Nigerians i. Mauritius are DRUG DEALERS, FRAUDSTERD &SCAMMERS. 8 out of 10 prisoners are NIGERIANS.
Please I’m interested in the real estate market too

Older People Have Old Money. Foreigners There Are White People.
03:10 "You also have Mauritians!" How surprising! Mauritians living in a neighborhood in Mauritius!
Very remarkable note: I don't understand why everyone in the chat is not making this observation, whereas that's the reason why I clicked on the video.😖 Mauritians seem to belong to fauna and flora.
yes I completely agree!!! The majority of Mauritians cannot even afford half of one of these villas... And I can tell you that they do not look very favorably on all this rich population which is starting to invade the island! !!
Mauritians who can afford these can build their own villas and don't care about living amongst foreigners or buying PDS villas
Most super wealthy Mauritians built their own private gated community. For instead, the Prime Minister created his own space at Angus Road (no neighbours around). Others at Floreal, Riverwalk ect.
Yeah cos a regular Mauritian can't afford this! This is designed for foreigners unfortunately, like he keeps saying the 1%
This video makes Mauritius to be one of my dream destinations! I love the privacy and serenity of those estates. Well done, Steve.
Our continent is Paradise ❤🎉
I swear 😢 now i just have to make a lot of money for buying some houses trough our beloved Africa ...
Steve keep promoting Africa to the world 💪🏽💪🏽
This is not a real Africa country. They don't want blacks. Every thing is for white people, let's stop deceiving ourselves.
This is NOT Africa, this is a strong hold for European colonisers.
@darpachief keep crying browns are the majority here and we are happy with our white overlords.
@@darpachief white people dont live there and arent the majority
In the end Mauritius would be like Hawaii...a place that has a strong artificialised dislike for locals
No it won’t. We Mauritians are busy building the African version of Singapore.
The country is surrounded by water in the middle of Indian Ocean that’s why it’s all kind of beauty and the westerners like to live close to open waters. It’s give them more opportunities for tourism.
Oh wow. I will abandon the UK for any of this life styles. The properties are all stunning. This is what you call wealth and life style that will affect your well-being positively. Very good job Steve 👏 👍🏾.
It's things like this that remind me of colonialism. She said the location is well balanced and continues to mention Europeans settlers
Spot on 💯
@@temiladealamudun5063even in Africa European lives better than African
True...
Mauritius is just an island..on the Indian Ocean....but very successful & safe compare to the rest of much larger countries with natural resources in Africa .. Mauritius a country with NO NATURAL RESOURCES....A country with no military force...but has military protection from Indian Military.. ...A country ..that shares the same Rupee currency..with India.. A country that only gain independence in 1968..from France....Population..70%...indian origin...28 % ..Creole ...3%....Sino - Mauritian...& 1% Franco - Mauritian....
They built it that's why .
I wish that African Americans with money, would come to places like this, rather than going to Europe. Absolutely amazing!
And then they will complain about us Indo-Mauritians
No thank you. We dont need them.
In Europe, their have easy access to high brand supermalls. And Europe is interconnected with flights around the world. That's why they won't move an isolated place especially when they are still young. Maybe the elderly could since they could peacefully stay at one place.
Hear me out…..Diane Watkins is ✨majestic✨
This is your best video yet Steven, well presented and the drone shots are incredible...Mauritius is truly a beautiful country🇲🇺🔥👏
Glad you enjoyed it!
Get rid of the our flag you know nothing about my country! Im from Odessa living now in SouthAfrica everything will be good back home once Zelensky is removed!
We also have Mauritians. I would certainly hope so.
You can spot a South African accent no matter where they live. Lovely content Steve
Yes, I love the greenery and the lush trees. They should incorporate the landscaping into their design plans.
The lady is very passionate about her job. Wow.
Very very
The question “Is there any Mauritiusians”in Mauritius is crazy😂
hes not wrong because all these luxury places are priced for foreigners and owned by them. The average person there is financially poor
@misscvlog5402 the average person isn't poor. You don't know crap or maybe you're amonst the few poors here.
Mauritius is the most prosperous country of Africa but we Indo-Mauritians don't buy property in these integrated resorts. We have our own ancestral homes in the hinterlands
And what about the non-Indo Mauritians? @@varoonnone7159
@@varoonnone7159 why you tryna segregate yourself from native mauritians
It’s like Lakowe golf resort. We need more estate like this in Nigeria
Agree 👌💯
Exactly
After touring beautiful estates around the world, I pray God should bless u with a lot of money to bring to Nigeria the estates that can't be found anywhere, my earnest prayer for u. Nigerian developers are too economical with greenery.
Amen
Please can we see the "other side of Mauritius "?
The other side is fairly impressive as well. Peaceful multiculturalism. Predominantly Hindu population. Now who wulda guessed. But Africa for ever.
Hindu. That's why it's peaceful.
MashaAllah..... This lady was wonderful and very friendly in everything in your video. Congratulations for your wonderful work. 🌍❤️👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Great content Steven.
Awesome stuff
Well done Steve.Lovely Video watching from Nairobi
Thank you, Steven! Phenomenal content as always!
Thanks Steven for the great work !
Have already had this feeling that Mauritius real estate will be mind blowing
I am from Zambia, I grew up up with gardens and an orchard. Absolutely beautiful green grass that was cut to perfection.... No fake grass,so for me a house that only has concrete is not worth anything. God knew what he was doing when he created nature.
Great job bro❤
Where do the medium and low income earners live? This is so expensive for the locals and am sure only the super rich enjoy this opulence lifestyle.
yes absolutely, it's only for the rich...The average salary of a Mauritian is Rs 15,000 or 338 USD per month!!! I think there is a big problem of inequality... What do you think?
@@YHWH-777as a Mauritian I can testify that the salary is even lower. And yes locals will never be able to afford this and wouldn’t be welcome to anyway

This is amazing and so beautiful to watch thank you so much for sharing❤❤
Thank you for your video, It's a really nice presentation of this beautiful island.
Beautiful development ❤.
Kudos for all your hard work and innovation. You are a truly talented individual. Beautiful video. There is no reason why Calabar, Portharcourt, and Uyo with the right leadership can not be a tropical paradise like Mauritius
Correct brother! If not for our corrupt, retarded MIS-leadership...Nigeria would be like Qatar on steroids!!!!
Beautiful
Your videos are amazing, they teach a lot about the continent. Thank you sir
Thanks indeed for showing us the Mauritius expensive real estate properties! jtsdrd, USA
Can you also showcase some lower budget but fantastic properties in Mauritius as well? I am considering relocating my family and business to Mauritius or Botswana and this has been very helpful.
yes please, not just the 1%
Check Domaine Victoria in Grand Bay. Another spectacular lagoon development.
Mauritius for sure 😊
Mauritius doesn’t sell budget property to foreigners. We only are allowed to sell expensive properties by law. This law is called integrated resort scheme, this allows the rest of Mauritius to be affordable to the citizens of the nation whilst attracting the wealthiest people and their businesses to our nation. We have no need for poor people.
Amazing, well-organized video. Mauritius Island surprised me the first day I and my family arrived on the island. Steve keeps promoting Africa to the world. Diane Watkins is an amazing Realtor
Thanks for sharing this awesome video Steve, I must visit Mauritius 🇲🇺 this season
Very beautiful country!
So beautiful
This is breathtaking! Oh my! Yes, people have money like that!
Very beautiful apartments and they actually worth their prices❤
Africa is Paradise🙌🏾
Beautiful ❤
Here I was looking for a cheaper opportunity abroad and I realize that the Prices in Mauritius 🇲🇺 are not far from Toronto 🇨🇦 prices 😅. Beautiful location thanks for sharing! Great video
Honestly Mauritius is very expensive you can get a better waterfront property in Florida, Bantry Beach, Capetown, Bali
Which of the estate is your favorite?
Wow this looks magnificent 😍😍 my idea of Mauritius has completely changed! Looks amazing!
No surprise there's no break ins because most property owners are Europeans must be heaven living amongst your own kind knowing your property is safe.
Wow!
The ones along the waters are my favorite and tops the list
The marina is cool 😍
Thanks Steven for this ❤
Steve your videos just keep getting better and better. The green ambiance is what particularly got my attention. The water as well. Beautiful place to own a home.
Wow, thanks!
Nature 🔥🔥🔥
Home sweet home, l will build one of this in future , so welcome to my home brother
I love this Africa is great
@Steven Ndukwu thank you for all the videos on your channel i am overwhelmed with some of the countries your showcase their real estate. There are so beautiful.
Glad you like them!
Wow 😮this is the definition of luxury 😊 La Balise marina is my favorite 🤩
Number two is the best
Why is Mauritius...with no natural resources...soo successful....& safe....compare to the rest of much larger countries in Africa....Makes you Think....
Because The government is pocketing the land being sold to foreigners
Mauritius and the Seychelles are the less corrupt country of Africa
Way less corruption, better educated, small population.
Steven may GOD Almighty always Bless you for showing the beauty of Africa and promoting us to the World.
Great video and presentation .On to 500k subscribers
Fingers crossed!
I stayed in mont choisy beach hotel while i visited Mauritius, great ambience! It’s close to grand baie
It’s in grand baie actually
Honestly speaking, this video has changed my earlier perspective about the Mauritians. I love estate development and that's what made Dubai superb. Tourism is now the in thing and so we should deviate from oil subsidy madness.
Amazing homes, great design. Pretty expensive but it's worthy. I'm looking to buy a property in Mauritius next year por Investment only not to stay. Mauritius is flooded with tourists great investment destination.
Anahita estate is beautiful. La balise aussi est beau
This is honestly a European residetial area, it has nothing to do with Africa, it's just their homes away from Europe. We want to see more African residential estates built for Africans, because we need to think about the ordinary African when we do town planning going forward. We should stop chasing away the locals to make way for foreigners. I'm not trying to be rude, but we must build for ourselves too and there's a lot we can learn about town planning from Europeans. Welldone on the video production, the area is good, but it's not a place for me.
Africans live there too
@@StevenNdukwu While I acknowledge that Mauritius attracts a diverse range of residents, including Africans seeking financial security, my concern lies in the historical pattern of displacing local communities to accommodate foreign real estate investors. The recent escalation, such as the establishment of a foreign military base, exacerbates this issue. Despite these challenges, it's undeniably seen as an appealing haven for those seeking refuge from high-tax nations.
If we continue like this? Then what's the difference with colonialism. It's same but this time they didn't come with guns and military but with cash and we keep making our people suffer to make foreigners happy what a tragedy😢
I thought Cape Verd was developed, I was dead wrong! Mauritius 🇲🇺 is the real embodiment of Europe here in Africa.
😆
Mauritius is the extension of South Africa I think technically it’s an independent state of South Africa without any influence from politics But it’s South Africa that have heavily invested in Mauritius and made what it is today! Most South Africans lives there
Wow! The Mauritian estates aren't just luxurious but also exotic. Well done Steven for a topnotch delivery 👏👏👏
Which of the estate was your fav?
@@StevenNdukwu I love the La Balise Marina 👌💯
OMG. All are stunningly beautiful. Number 1(the flat roof estate) is number one for sure but number 4 is probably a close second for me. Nice work as usual sir.
Thanks for watching
It look like Florida, 🤩
Mont Choisy is fairly new so I hasnt had time to host many prestigious and international golf tournaments. Those tournaments would be at Anahita and Heritage with the DP tour now taking part in Heritage's newly Links golf course
this is something nigerian property developers should learn , who will see this type of develpment and think of naija real estate , see greenery
My retirement plan is already in motion and villa property already purchased in mauritius, rented monthly for holiday makers. Mauritius, my paradise.
Wooooow. I’m waiting patiently for the tour of some of the properties. Can’t wait to see the interior of the mansions 😅

As much as they love having entire walls open to the outside, either they don't have mosquitos, they've sprayed them to extinction. I don't even see mosquito nets anywhere!
awesome , but also talk about what the locals get from all this development on their land .
Mauritious is super beautiful
The number 5 rank is not fair. That location is beautiful.
I agree. The number 3 should have been number 5.
I also agree. Number 5 is my number 1.
Exactly my thoughts.. no 5 is my no 1
