The strawberry Jam cannot be sold in the United States because there are no ingredients listed on the label and therefore cannot be Food and Drug Administration approved for sale. Once a grifter, always a grifter
A lot of USA products are banned in Europe because of chemical fertilizers and pesticides which are used and approved by the FDA so no sales in Europe either
You are absolutely right!! It has to be approved by the FDA and pass many tests to make sure that is safe for consumers' consumption, even where these jams are manufactured needs and have to pass tests. Maybe she is purchasing vats, and vats of strawberry jam from Kroger or another supplier, and selling them as her own. This woman is a nitwit.

I actually thought that also. But I researched it and learned that if the company sells less than $50,000 total yearly sales and has less than 100 employees, then they do not have to have that USDA label. HOWEVER, I think that is only if that company actually makes the product, so if she buys that jam from another company that requires the USDA label, then so does her product. I think an investigation should begin the minute her jam hits the market for sale.
