After the death of his teenage brother Andy, multi-millionaire Matt Trakker uncovers an international criminal organization known as V.E.N.O.M. (Vicious Evil Network Of Mayhem) Trakker gathers a group of friends who, like himself, possess extraordinary talents and creates M.A.S.K. (Mobile Armored Strike Kommand) Their objective; to destroy V.E.N.O.M. and its mastermind - Miles Mayhem, the man responsible for Andy's death.
I remember watching this when I was kid and then playing with the M.A.S.K. toy collection I had. I wish I still had those toys today as a collector's item...
Was about the write the same thing, only sod the collector's, I'd play with those again today:))))Cheerio
I found a M.A.S.K. car for sale on Ebay by chance and remembered this badazz show from when I was a kid. That theme is better than everything currently on the radio in 2023
As a kid where I'm from Mask aired super early 6am... I remember it.. Mask 6am, Voltron 6:30am , GI Joe 7am Transformers 7:30 ... Then I hauled ass to school to not be late. 80's cartoons were awesome 😅
Man that's an epic lineup!
@@blackmagik72 I can almost remember the intro... LoL 😆😆
@1701basil man I'm watching it right now.. such great childhood memories
Why has this not been made into a live action movie? 80s cartoon were the best. Thanks for posting.
They should have 80s cartoons for us on cable TV.
That is an epic idea I truly don't understand why they don't it would be better than tons of stuff that's on TV
Nothing like the 80s
A small tear of joy runs down my cheek as I'm transported back to my childhood. Thank you so much for the upload.
It's a trip down memory lane. Weekdays after 🏠
+mackulette Dick n' Attention?
+Kasino80 Couldn't say better !
I had a couple of the roys: the red car, motorcycle and the semi. Matt came with car with the suite in this episode, but he also (along with the other 2) came with the truck in another suite. My cousin had all the venom team.
for got I had a black car that was a sub/boat
2022! Damn, brings back memories.. That rocking intro music.. Awesome!!
I still want a robot i can ride on!! -Simon, 40 yrs old
This music intro is far out!!
Damn that's rough sorry to hear that mask was awesome 👍
I still have every one of them.
😢 So sorry to hear that!
the perfect cartoon to send mommy and daddy to the toy store.
Holy crap bring back great childhood reminiscing this cartoon ...I want to get all the toys again!!
M.A.S.K. would make an awesome movie.
I want that movie soooo bad. I also want a C.O.P.S. movie 🤞🏾
Love this cartoon. I wished I had keep the toys that I had when I was a kid.
You still can, it's called eBay.
Brings back so many memories from my childhood! Great stuff!
*What an opening tune....so awesome!*
First time I’ve seen this since 1985. Great memories
Ah the 80s. When you could just find a woman unconscious in a ravine and bring her home with you instead of taking her to a hospital and nobody would ask any questions, not even the woman you found
lol!
I tried that once and now I'm on a sex offenders register.
😂
😂 wtf lol
love the opening theme song
80s rocks!
Back in the day cartoons are the best. Cannot say that about todays cartoons.
20:31 "Mask may had won the battle, but the war goes on. 20:35 Next time The Victory will be mine!" Best line Ever!
One of my favorite 80's cartoon shows 😁👌💯
That intro hit hard!
I have to admit venom has the best hybrid aircraft 💎 @10:35
I had heard of MASK before, but didn´t get interested till I saw them in a Transformers crossover comic. They seem pretty cool!
That kid with the robot which could talk and turn into a scooter (of sorts), I always found to be super FUCKING creepy, even when I was watching this in the 80s as a kid.
at 19:29 to 19:31 "I don't know whether to hug you or spank you" 😂
I only got to watch these cartoons in my friend's haus bcoz some of our TV channels back then weren't working. Thank u for bringing back my childhood cartoon faves.
*house
I'd heard of this, but can't remember if & how much I saw. Been watching a lot of shows these past years, Detailed designs. Those villains really wanted that beautiful lady dead. 😶 Good stuff w/Matt & the kid, Scott. He flew out of two vehicles without a scratch. 🙃 There's a lot of heroes. Maybe I'll remember their names if I keep going. 😅Thanks for this.
Thanks so much for uploading these :) My kids love them as much as I did. Still do.
Why haven't they made an adaptation for Hollywood blockbuster movie, from this 80's classic, if they did I'd be the first person to go and see it...
who else hated that child and the robot?
I did. Would eradicate them both from any possible remake/sequel.
That happened in season 2
10 years and nobody's mentioned that gal drove off a cliff in khakis and woke up in a blouse, sweater, and jacket. Lolol. Like, Tracker put way too much thought into dressing her...AND put her VHS in her v pocket, seemingly.
Yeah. He's just creepy. At that point. It could have taken a whole different direction!
Beta max!
In my childhood this was amazing i sometimes still sing the team song in my head and that most often pups up out of the bleu!!!
I heard there may be a movie based on this series in the near future, that is awesome, I used to love this show (and the toys) when I was a kid!
Thank you ❤❤❤
This was so good, i used to always watch this i had the toys, still awesome
Save lives. With radioactive energy.......damn how I've missed the 80's.
Without context, try to imagine the clip starting at 15:08 as, say, used in an abridged series... Mayhem: "Oh God, man...I am so drunk..."
OMG... I'm 10 again! Like being sat right back there!
this was really well done
LOL! 19:29 (exactly what Matt Trakker says to his *adopted* son - he feels the same way with his robotic friend, in that, although he’s grateful that Scott and T-Bob found the meteor, he, at the same time, is cross with them that they joined him on his mission); heck, that’s how Hondo got hurt (yes, Scott *is* to blame, that Hondo got hurt - Scott’s right, that it’s his fault that Hondo got hurt - him and T-Bob elected to join Matt Trakker on his mission that was too dangerous for children, let alone for robots). Scott (let alone T-Bob) never seems to learn that his dad never wants him (again, let alone T-Bob) joining him on his missions for a valid reason - his missions, against VENOM, are always too dangerous. Yes, there’s a bit of Beano and Dandy, in that quote - spanking (although would have been done for the same reason - parents wanting their children to learn from their behaviour; different from spanking merely in anger / fury). That’s why characters in Beano, and Dandy, strips, would get their behinds spanked, by their parents (usually their dads). Scott thinks that, when his dad tells him (and T-Bob) not to be joining him, on his missions, it’s because he merely wants the two missing the fun, but that’s the point of Scott - he’s too young to know any better (like he’s new to the world), hence is too young to know the realities of his dad’s missions - they’re far from fun - they’re, again, too dangerous for children (let alone for robots). Matt Trakker loves Scott (even T-Bob, who’s a robot), and would hate anything bad to happen to either (hence he gets cross if and when Scott and T-Bob attempt to join him on his missions). By joining his dad, on his missions, Scott could get his dad, or even *himself*, hurt, let alone T-Bob damaged (or one of his dad’s agents hurt, like what happens to Hondo, in this episode) - this would always be owing to VENOM, the show’s villains (and exactly who are behind Matt Trakker’s missions, let alone what makes them dangerous), hence he always says no to his son (and T-Bob) joining him on his missions.
Anybody from the UK remember watching this back in the 80s? I vaguely remember this being shown around 7am on a saturday morning around 85/86 on ITV. I only remember seeing season 1, dont think the racing season was shown in the uk.
HOLY SMOKES. SOUNDTRACK AT 3:00 is the same as mega man elect man level.
This description just illustrates the price of inflation. In the 1980's, a fictional multimillionaire could fund a fictional international crime organization. Now a fictional criminal mastermind would need billions.
The one big mystery, of this show to me, was how did the M.A.S.K. computer know how to pick the best agents for the mission when Trakker never defined the mission parameters in the first place. If the MASK mainframe was always listening in to Trakker and collecting data then somehow intuits what the mission parameters most likely are then selects the best agents based on this intuition that would imply Trakker had a working heuristic artificial intelligence in the basement of his mansion. If so why didn't Trakker instruct this AI computer to predict what VENOM's next probable moves are and create counter missions to thwart these VENOM actions. I suppose this is the magic of being a kid who didn't care about details, such as how a gull winged door Camaro flies, and just being interested in how cool it was a Camaro can turn into a flying car.
The irresponsibility of every M.A.S.K. agent ,walking out of your "real"job dropping food items... sneaking out of the classroom...walking out on that cool guitar solo...
😅
I really like that no matter what their job was, they just "peaced out" in the middle. Like the teacher just walks out of class, and the guy handling the snake just passes it off to some dude, and leaves.
Yeah, surely they would lose their job after a while of doing that lol
Ah the 80's, the great age of the rift guitar.
Last decade when rock was king
I am watching Jayce And The Wheel Warriors and M.A.S.K. in December 15, 1985.
This brings back some damn good memories of my childhood. Where I lived this played right after school and Id be in a rush to watch this, GI Joe, Transformers, He-Man, Thunder Cats, Dungeons and Dragons and a few years later in the late 80s (and early 90s), TMNT. The 80s had the best cartoons and toys for kids.
Exactly.
when I look at kids today I'm saddened by the fact they couldn't grow up in the 80's. What a time to be a kid. Now they all have their faces stuck in technology and not making memories
@@mwalker267 or watching poor imitation cartoon like Mighty Morphin power ranger (Voltron imitation).
SilverHawks
M.A.S.K, Transformers and G.I Joe was my after school ritual. oh, and then Double Dare
loved that show "double dare" also loved ( you cant do that on television )
Josh Johnson Mine too
Don't forget thundercats
sithlord1626 great show
Josh Johnson used to watch this on WPIX ch 11 at 4:00 PM
I grew up on this show. Thanks for having it here.
I WISH i COULD GO BACK TO MY CHILDHOOD - THE MOST PRECIOUS OF TIMES
So do I ... the 70''s and 80's was better than today
Robcop Westton no internet porn though :(
Robcop Westton Yeah it was awesome with no internet and C64 computers.
+Badger at Toad Hall Yeah, we had to settle for Playboy and Penthouse and if you were lucky, you'd see some boobs on a rated R movie your parents let you watch. AWKWARD!!!
Saro Lucero dude yup that whole post is true
The intro still kicks ass
72 dudes born after 2000. The 80´s toys were awesome and still are... if you have them.
A soundtrack show like this and well-built stories even today with 43 years of well-being does not forget the animated series like that!
Thumbs up if you're watching this in 2017 remembering how old you are...
38 here , 6-7 years old back then
Thumbs up
I'm 53 so I was too old for cartoons when this first premiered. Not like I care. I have a good collection of the original Transformers even though I was in my 20s when they first came out.
36. Freaking Awesome!
I am watching in October 2017
They don't make intros like this anymore. 55 seconds of getting you up to speed of what it's all about.
"So, what do you do?" "Oh, I'm a professional singer." "Oh really! What songs have you made?" "You ever watch M.A.S.K.?!" "..."
that'd be a total deal sealer for me
And...Transformers Animated Movie
""We're not worthy, we're not worthy""! :D
The melody also sounds like the Elec man stage from Mega Man...⚡️ Good memories from both these series 🙂
You ain't kidding! Especially the part at 3:40
Mask is dope ! 85 kid here,we had the best cartoons !!!
I was born in 1975 so I got to see this cartoons in 1986
'74 for me, but yeah... the 80's rocked.
I was 5 in '86
Born in 1976 and cartoons back then was way better than the stupid shit that is on tv today.
Yup me too.Born in 75 and remembering this cartoon and toys in my childhood days.
Saturday morning cartoons, sleepovers, 80's music, playing outside all day, bikes, ahhhhh sweet nostalgia...
we need an 80s cartoon channel on cable tv
Amen
Ummm cable tv won’t be a thing much longer. Keep using youtube
Hey yall ! KZhead is great. But if you're a bigtime 80s cartoon head... take a look at "Dailymotion.com"... it's like youtube jr., and has a bit less strict copyright/advertisement money involved. Ya get to watch full seasons/series' that are regulated to "clips" on other sites. Hope I didnt just ruin that by bringing it up on youtube haha. But yall ahould go check it out before the advertisements/regulations kick in.
Cable TV is dying. Soon it'll flatline.
Who’s watching in 2019?
me
lol me for some reason
This guy
I most definitely am!
sup
OMG this was one of my favourite cartoons growing up!! Childhood memories!! Great theme song too.
the music is still awesome
I feel sorry for those who wasn't a kid in the 80's
Yeah, I feel sorry for kids in the 1970s who had Led Zeppelin and Deep Purple instead of commercials pretending to be programmes.
Great bands, but I wasn't interested in music until I was around eleven years old, the same age I didn't play with my He-man figures anymore. :)
Are you asking about younger generations who were born in the 90's and 2000s?
The young generation can see them all now, was hard for us to catch all these episodes .. share to your kids !!
@@HorrordelicWhile kids have these on demand, there's something to be said for the experience of walking into a toys r us in the mid 80's where you're hit with the sheer massiveness of all the toys from these cartoons when they were new, that they will never be able to experience. Just like spring break in the 80's with those massive MTV beach parties. I'll never forget the sheer number of people just fucking everywhere in Daytona, spring break 84. My Mom drove us down, I think I was in Kindergarten or 1st grade, with my older cousins.
MASK & Starcom animation still holds up. Oh we had great cartoons back than.
Compared to modern cartoons, 80's cartoon have smooth as silk animation. It's far from perfect art style wise but it holds up.
30 years later, and this show still rocks. Simply one of the best TV series of the 1980s.
Cartoons back then were the best. They made sense not to mention the music was great. And the toys, WHAT?! I wanted these toys so bad, but moms didn't have the money lol.
You can still get them on ebay.
Thank you! Classic, I still have these toys.
My best cartoon during my childhood they don't make like these cartoons any more . Gosh miss the 80s
After 25 years i finally realized that venom is actually Stalin?
It`s Saddam Hussein!
Nah wrong mustache ;)
That Asian dude Bruce is Bruce Lee.
Never put that together til now. They look just alke.
FullFledged2010 lol
One of my favourite series alongside Thundercats. 3.31 guy sounds like Jack Nicholson!
Or Christian Slater?
Good call!
I HAVE NEVER GREW UP AND AM STILL LIVING MY CHILD HOOD EVERY DAY.
I loved collecting M.A.S.K toys as a kid, i regret selling them years ago
I had the helicopter, my mom threw out a bunch of my toys because my dog pissed on them while I was at school >:( Including my Cobra Rattler!!
I heard a rumor that the third G.I. Joe movie will merge with M.A.S.K. And THAT could lead to a G.I. Joe - Transformers mash-up! I grew up with these cartoons, so I'm all in...
you are not wrong...the character Matt Trakker will be in the third G.I Joe as cameo. So I'm hoping that the cameo will be a hit and trigger green light a M.A.S.K movie :D
Azim Hulaimi
Azim Hulaimi hell yes...a m.a.s.k. movie,,, I would like to see that and also the Silver Hawks...that would be epic....
Azim Hulaimi That would be awesome! Any idea when that movie will be out, or the title of it?
Who’d you want for Matt? Nathan Fillion?
Ah, the days when hi tech computers had big levers.
And bug fat buttons with no labels.
Man does this take me back. The animation and artwork is great!
That's one killing intro! Mamamama MASK! Papapa pokerface papa pokerface!
Thanks for posting this and allowing great nostalgia.
I remember I had the M.a.s.k. motorcycle ,and the trans am toys as a kid I miss the 80ssssss..FACK!!
I borrowed the truck from a friend once. Let him use my Constructicons. I remember showin him how to form Devastator.
Same here. It was a much better world then.
lol for us in the west hells yeah, but not so much every one else :D
Thanks fuck for the Internet, could find these toys still I reckon
It's a Camero, not a Transam.
Oh man, Made my night. Thanks for putting this up.
I had that bad guy black SUV toy as a kid... I remember it so well.
Thank you for the trip down memory lane. I watched this show every week. Grossly underrated.
I am watching this after a long time; I used to watch it when I was young. It was one of my favorite cartoons. Thank you for posting it on KZhead.
A other one of great cartoon after school show of the 80s
Loved this cartoon.... I miss my toys!!!!
I still have all of mine. Was preparing to put them on eBay, but now I'm rethinking that. . . .
Thanks for posting this. I'm somewhat surprised at how well this show holds up.
finding this brought a smile to my face. I was in junior high and high school when this was on and i would watch to relax from school crude.
brings back my childhood memories..
Best Cartoon Ever... Love the 1980's they had the most amazing cartoons...
I agree. All of them were animated by the best country on earth- JAPAN.
This was one of the most awesome cartoons of the 80s. Also listen to that catchy intro music. This was one of the gems of the 80s.
So much feels. I had lots of the toys from Kenner back in the day. Amazing period to grow up in. The 80's truly had the best cartoons. Every day after schooltime it was the only thing I was excited for. Thanks for this upload!
One of the best tv shows I saw as a kid. :)
wow thank you so much!!!
Damn. I love mask. Great childhood times. they don't make great cartoons like this anymore. Such a shame.
This takes me back 30 years lol.
I always wondered how they could possibly leave their jobs without getting any trouble? .
I always wondered why they had second jobs if they worked as mercenaries for a multi millionaire vigilante. Maybe Tracker didn't pay very well.
@@AnonEyeMouse Hiding in plain sight, probably
Holy shit!!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 just put a smile on an old mans face
