  • I remember listening to this album with my Girlfriend everyday when we would smoke and skip school, My baby is now in heaven and I will always think of her when I listen to any of vacations songs. RIP Sarah Anne, I miss you so much.

  • I came here every day, i get addicted to this music, i met a girl from my school (Online Classes) , i think we talk each other for 2 months, we listened some music and we play some dumb game in roblox, she was so nice with me, even if we didn't fall in love, i really esteem her, she always was paying attention when i talked to her, so we coordinated to go out one day, we went downtown for the first time and spend some time together, i feel like that day was so empty, after that day we didn't talk as usual, i wasted 1 month asking myself "What did i do wrong?", i felt so bad when we started to separate, since a while i was asking myself about the other Vacation´s Songs, because i just listened "Young", one day i went downtown and i saw on my KZhead recommendations: "Vibes & Days", Since August i been listening this album, i think i started to heal myself and i enjoy every time i listen this, Thanks for giving me this medicine, Good Luck everyone and Take care.🍀🌿

  • This album for me is a pure nostalgia trip. It hurts because of that, but I also get to fondly remember the precious moments I had the joy and luck to have with my friends. Even tho dealing with anxiety can be tough at times, life is great just for these times of pure bliss. If you're reading this, I hope that you're doing well, and if you're not, do not give in to despair. You're alive, right here, right now. Life may not always be kind, but it's never worth throwing away. You are strong willed and you will break through this phase.

    • commit to become a stronger version of yourself by the day - in all the aspects u can think of - physically and mentally. realize, EVERYTHING is relative and all is perspective. balance is key. the expirience of emotion, however they might be, is one of the most beautiful and intense aspects of being human. embrace melancholy for it teaches you to value the little things. embrace sadness, for it will make you more empathic towards others. remember, even though the sad things seem so much bigger and more frequent, they are rly not. as i have said, its all relative and its all perspective - it rly is. everything has a good and a bad. a shadow- and ofc a light-side. it is your subconcious choice which aspects u see. but it can also be a concious choice as well. develope habbits of psychohygiene, like listening to this album, but be more concious about the circumstance of psychohygiene as before - it makes it stronger. reflect deeply on these humble words - for i am nothing but an echo of your own inner voice resonating within this medium called youtube or these lines would simply not exist.

    • Very true. In this comment section most of us have shared our feelings and our relationships which are somewhat similar. No one goes through the same exact events as another person and each one of us is impacted and changed in different ways. Myself included. My life has been screwed since I was born and I had to grow up at the age of 12. Paying bills, buying groceries. I even had a job getting payed more than my own mother at that point. I lost my nana (who is my grandmother for those who don't know what that means) when I was 15 (which was 2019. I'm 18 now) and my pawpaw last year in October which I wasn't told until over 2 months after he passed. I have many many psychological issues. Most of them major ones. I've been abused since 5 years old in more ways than you can think and it has taken it's toll and left a deep scar. One that will take years to repair no matter how much therapy and medications I receive. But through all that I still keep going and no matter who I'm talking to or who I'm around I'm still always polite and respectful. Like I said earlier nobody knows what every individual person has gone through in their life up until that point. So there isn't any reason to make it worse or be an asshole just for fun.

  • This album takes me to my uni freshman days. Summer of 2017. I just cut my hair short, and the city was a ghost town in the summer. I was so lonely cruising the empty streets on my bike in the middle of the night with wind in my hair. Wearing just a crop top with a panda face on it, some shorts and my flip flops, earphones in playing this album. I was sad but I was also happy at the same time. It gave me a great cheery vibe which helped deal with that loneliness. At 12:00 am listen while i was doing my home work, 3:00 am estudying for an exam, some days playing online xbox 360 listen vibes and days, some days crying and having existencial thougts, staring at the stars, chilling out, having a great time with my mates and somking weed, giving a hug to my dogs and laughin and playing and dancing while all the album was playin, maaan so much memories... today again this appared on listen again list and man, all is waaay diferent now. I have a job, with too much "responsabilities" and being "important", far away from my family, from my friends, my dogs, in a totally diferent city. • I feel like vacations make music for the millennial generation but not in a bad way. They sing about the stress and anxiety things we will all go thru when we are young. We all have feelings of inadequacy growing up. They encapsulate the struggles of being a young person as the come to terms with getting older, moving out, and isolation. Their music has always helped me when I have had a bad day it helps to know I'm not the only one that has felt that way and feeling that way can lead to some spectacular music. They remind me so much of the Smiths with the upbeat tangy guitar and the melancholy lyrics

  • I seriously cannot understate the importance of making friends and memories and experiencing things. When you get older, regardless of circumstance, you slowly lose the ability to make new memories and to make your life meaningful due to the ever-degrading physical condition of your body. While you're young is the perfect time to do this, and friends and memories you make will last a lifetime. Regardless of your position in life, or your goals or aspirations, everyone can benefit from a little effort to make a friend or two.

Nevertheless, I do miss him, but he knew we couldn't continue being friends with my parents being unaware. I won't forget him though, not when he gave me so many things to remember. Miss you Jose :)

  • So I inherited the house I grew up in and installed an indoor outdoor audio system, it’s hotter than hell outside here in Texas. This album comes on and for whatever reason the audio system is glitching and the volume goes all the way up, inside and outside. My ex is over and she’s digging the music but worries about the next door neighbor coming over and making a scene and or calling the police. Sure enough the cops show up with my neighbor in hand. They start dancing actually as soon as I open the front doors. All of a sudden I realized that this is a freaking dream. I wake up and it turns out that I fell asleep and rolled onto the volume on the phone with my ear buds in, and I both happy and sad. On one hand I am happy that I woke up in time to capture who the hell was I was listening to as the album just finished playing..the other I have heartburn. I had eaten a bowl of knock-off lucky charms before bed. It should also be mentioned that I did not inherit the house I grew up in , my ex never was there( don’t know if that’s a good thing or bad thing yet) and the police and neighbor thing too still kinda messed me up, don’t really know what to think about the dream. Maybe lucky charms cereal before bed is a good idea, even if it is not named brand and full of surgery goodness in the shape of green clovers, yellow moons and red balloons. Also last time something like this happened I was an inpatient at the VA hospital in north Texas and a Franky Flowers album just finished playing, and I forget what I had eaten before bed but I woke up from strange dreams and heartburn. The mind is a wonderful place to be when it comes to dreams, the soundtrack can be left to interpretation as well as whether you dream of pleasant things or have nightmares. Enjoy quarantine 2020!!!

  • the hook for this album is so great. i would argue one of the most important aspects of an album is captivating the listener within the first 20 seconds and this did exactly that.

  • these two eps give me so so so much nostalgia. my girlfriend at the time (i was like 15/16?) showed me them and they became my daily wake and bake during summer days. youth shit being youth shit we drifted heavy after a year or so but i'll always remember these songs fondly. they're a part of my youth and i'm happy they were

  • I’m a 22 year old African American kid from Paterson New Jersey and I just wanna say thank you 🙏🏽. This music has got me through tough times and who would’ve thought that a guy like me who listens to nothing but rap music would keep coming back to this album . It just puts me in a positive mood and now I make sure I listen to you guys as much as I can to help give me a positive outlook on life when I start my day. Thanks a lot you don’t know how much this music means to me and I wish you guys the best. ❤️‍🔥💯
