Makhachev, Khabib himself, Umar, Usman and now Belal in their recent fights have managed to dodge hits almost naturally. Which most people don't realize. Besides all the reasons you mention, let me add a few like respect and devotion to the coach and the sport, which are always at a deep deep level in eastern cultures. Skirt chasing, clubs, booze, gambling etc etc are taken too casually without any inhibition in the west compared to how these things are looked at in the east. A huge cultural difference which ain't changing anytime soon. The thing is, the west has traded discipline for personal liberties and hence the results.
