    • Jan dominated Ankalev in the standup and would have finished Ankalev if Ankalev didn't go for the takedown. Ankalevs legs were damaged badly. However, even after the takedowns and being busy with the G&P, Ankalev didn't do much damage to Jan at all, but still the takedowns counted so he won those later rounds. I actually called it a draw after the 5th round ended, and I was right. Blachowicz needs to work on his ground game because there is no way he will get past Glover like this.

  • Jan almost won by TKO THREE TIMES IN A ROW with DEVASTATING leg kicks. This is what the world is forgetting. The equivalent is rocking someone so bad that the judges almost stops the fight THREE TIMES! It would not had been a robbery if Jan had gotten the fight. If anything, a split is controversial in Jans favor. Such a gentleman though. Good fight.

  • It’s always in Vegas and it’s always under NSAC. If you’re angry at the judges tonight, don’t blame the UFC this time round, they had no say in who the judges were. It’s the Nevada State Athletic Commission, they choose the judges at T-Mobile. They’re behind Nick Diaz’s ridiculous suspension for Weed; behind the wild fines for Khabib and Conor and they’re always the reason for bad judging in Vegas. They’ve already messed up boxing, now they’re coming for MMA. And eventually all combat sports’ events held in Nevada.

It's hilarious all the Ankalaev fans think he got robbed when in fact he might have been the one to be gifted a draw rather than a loss by decision. Either way both guys made mistakes Ankalaev not grappling early enough and Jan with the round 5 slip at the beginning of the round. Not sure about the judges but them changing live on air like this is suspicious I want to see what was on the physical cards.
