  • Great video. I am always feeling uncomfortable with shoulder workout as several exercises involve the internal rotation of shoulder. This video gives me the solution. I like the way it points out the exercises shown here can avoid internal rotation and they are some new techniques. It is especially useful for those who have the similar problems with the traditional shoulder workout as me.

  • Bro! Look at yourself in the mirror. Do you really need more front delts? Aren'f they bigger than your chest?? How about your rear delts? Are them really big? My humble advise! Focus in your rear delts, train your side delts and let your chest work make your front delts grow
