How To Offend Everyone - Mark Normand

2024 ж. 11 Мам.
252 979 Рет қаралды

Mark Normand is a podcaster, an actor and a comedian.
Whatever happened to the women who shouted at the black man in Central Park while walking her dog? What is life like if you grow up in a rundown New Orleans bed & breakfast with a cross-dressing manager? Why is having a pursuit you care about so important to leading a fulfilling life?
Expect to learn the price that you pay for being a famous comedian, why Mark's life would fall apart if he didn't have a passion to care about, whatever happened to that lady who tweeted about AIDs, whether Cocaine Bear will be given the Oscar nomination it deserves, whether bombing on stage changes your personality and much more...

  • What i love about Mark Normand, from the few times I've watched him on KZhead, is that he doesn't watch what he says. He just says whatever pops into his head, which is usually very funny. He's a natural, and lets hope the blue hairs don't try to destroy him. I'm not sure you could cancel someone like him though, as he doesn't appear to give a fuck and that's a quality more comedians could do with.

    • A lot of the top guys are connected through pods too. Some of my personal favorites of comedy through standup and podcasts are Theo Von Mark Norman Bobby Lee Andrew Santino Mike Baldwin And there’s an up and coming guy who I consider a friend named Aj Wilkerson. He’s toured with Jason Mewes and most recently with Bert Kriesher. His material is good but it’s his character that makes him so great. I’ve never seen anyone produce laughter come from an audience the way he does. Seriously a killer. Someone in the audience actually had to go to the ER from laughing so hard they had some sort of medical emergency

I feel like I'm sitting in the next booth from them in a diner, eavesdropping. Mark, the way you talk sounds like a cross between Ray Ramano and Norm Macdonald. I don't know if you crafted your delivery like most do (and should), but it fits your content quite well. You know a comic is good when their stuff makes you smile even if you disagree with their world view. Thanks for your work ethic.
