Ingredients Fo rChicken Pineapple Doner Tower
Chicken Marinade Ingredients:
-2 large size Chicken Breast
-Fresh grounded black pepper 1-tsp
-Smoked Paprika 1=tsp
-Minced Garlic and Ginger 2 Tsp
-Olive oil 4 TSP
-Salt according to taste
Other:
-Pineapple 1 whole
-Lemon
Instruction:
* Cut Chicken breast into a butterfly and turn them into 4 slices.
* Second step is to Pound the chicken using Mallet on both sides.
* Marinade the chicken using all the ingredients listed in “Chicken Marinade Ingredients section.
* Then let the chicken marinade sit for 2 hours in the fridge by covering it with an aluminum wrap or plastic food wrap.
* Cut Pineapple into thick slices
* Place pineapple using bbq metal skewers or Wooden skewers. Where you can use half onion as the base and place the skewer in the center. Create a tower with chicken slices and pineapple.
* Bake Chicken for 35-40 min at 400 degrees F.
