  • About sleeping two to 3 hrs is not recommended! When I think about it, if you spend a lot of energy as in construction work or other labor activities, you will need to have a good rest 7 hrs or 8hrs and eat more than once , or twice!

    • He speaks for himself, that he eats once a day. There are certain recommendations for all types of engagements, students, people who do physical jobs, etc., to make the best use of their own energy. He speaks in general terms, as a recommendation to those who practice yoga, or want to take something from the practice, in order to make optimal progress in it. Not as a unique recipe for every person on Earth.
