  • I was suffered from chronic ailment for around 2 years, consulted more doctors and tried lots of medication. Luckily the last doctor stopped giving me painkillers and advised not to worry and not to stress much on the ailment , you are suffering a lot and giving much importance to it and thinking all the worst case scenarios by yourself. The doctor spoke to me for around 15 minutes that's it. its been around 5+ years, I never experienced my past ailment. For all the chronic disease root cause is the Mindset. Keep your mind happy and it takes care of your body.

But everyone is born the same I had been in depression but my boyfriend kept on pushing me he used to say if u think this is how i am , I can't do this then you will never be able to be happy because u feel that the thing is out of ur control and It will make u feel helpless. It took to a lot of time to bring small small changes in my attitude. Also there is comfort in staying sad .we are used to being sad. Trying to stay happy, healthy requires us to put ourself in discomfort in different situations then we are used to force us to think less ...try to think right .it is just a lot of work

  • When I had my spiritual awakening 4-5 months ago my chronic pain went away, came back and then slowly dissipated. I still get some aches but what Sadhguru said is so true. The mind itself cannot heal but by using yoga and spending a min of 1 hr in nature everyday and just being in a blissful state more often than not it made a huge difference. I can’t help but see the beauty even in the chaos. I’m always smiling and blissed out even in situations that would make most miserable. Not only have I attracted so much of the same as I put out. I cannot ask the universe for anything. Only ask the universe, myself, how can I be of better service. My life has changed and my journey has just begun. If you’re reading this please know everything is within yourself. I’ve listened to these so many times and always get something more from the videos. And then it makes me become more conscious of my own states and what is going on internally. Thank you for being of such service to humanity 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

    • Thank you for sharing syl Lo. Yes you can heal yourself through thought, concentrated thought. I was awaiting a third operation in my pelvic area which was infected again. I was so terrified of what the outcome may be, as the second operation I had, was to correct the first - a complete medical disaster. I too healed myself through thought, meditation and going into my cells. I visualised going into my cells, moving along the walls of my body, going deeper and seeing colour along the way. Moving and seeing in the minds eye as I moved closer to my discomfort, my problem area, my medical issue. Healthy cells were light in colour and then it became red and then dark, very dark in the problem areas. I visualised healing, warm yellows and white and stayed in that mind set until I could see a clear lightish yellow warm colour in the the area that was once dark. Visualising and using your thoughts and minds eye to change the colours, until they became clear colours and no longer red or brown, light shadows, or dark that you can't see anything. You need to to go deep and truely believe. I was healed within 2 weeks by consistently doing this every day and believing that I was going to heal myself without a shadow of a doubt. I no longer needed a third operation in the same area. The Doctors were amazed that I no longer had the issue. I was on the list and waiting for a date for my third operation - which never came to pass. Everything stopped like I had never had anything wrong in that area, when I went for a Specialist checkup. This too changed my life and I know we have the power to heal ones self.

    • Our minds create intent and from there action begins. Our minds cannot , negate action. For example, if someone tells us not to think about monkeys for the next ten minutes, we will think nothing but monkeys. As Sadhguru has stated; our thoughts add and multiply... they dont subtract. It is not positive thinking.. it is thinking positively. Make everything a positive intent.. never a negative intent. because our minds will eliminate the negative and intent becomes exactly what we wish not to think/action. eg "dont think of monkeys in next ten minutes" Our minds drop the "dont" and all we think is monkeys.

He wasn't an educated man only got past the 6th grade. He had one thing, the ability to help other help themselves. Something he would say that was inside of them all along. He took little credit for helping people always saying the mind perform miracles, once it is set in motion. I am not saying he cured cancer. I saw a lot of people doing better after being hypnotized. Just take the time to take care of yourself. The human body is amazing and rarely turns on it's self. If you look at illness, the odds are you are doing better than worst. Take care of yourself and yourself will take of you. Mentally, physically and spiritually. You must practice those 3 things to have a great life. Slow down, relax and look around. The world is the place you make it. Thank you for making the videos Sadhguru.

  • When I was 17 and in Army training I had shin splints(that I had a few months before I got in the Army training, from all the running and training I was doing before I joined, It was so bad that I had seen a doctor, used ICE, got new trainers with more springs, etc...) 2/3 weeks into training I say to my officer at night that I need to go to see the medic tmoz as I have shin splints. I was literally limping a little etc and could feel the "bump" etc. I used my "mind" somehow whilst in bed that night, and next morning I wake up and do a normal day andby lunchtime something clicks... I look down at my leg and feel NOTHING, pain is gone... shinsplints gone... I say nothing and try not to "think" about it again as to not "jinx" it or something. To this day I do not know how it disappeared and It was a srs problem that I had even before I went into the Army lol... weird. I have had a few things happen like this as well. I do believe the mind can heal or is very powerful more than we know it and I used to think that before this happen as well.
