Great drill, got that water flow goin!
Good luck in everything Jackie and coach.
Beautiful technique
Those kicks sound smackin'!
Great combo Ajarn Bryan
Did these drills earlier this week, and both sides of my arms are purple. We had to use round house kicks and block with our arms - no pain, no gain!
The switch kick after the cross only is especially nice
gonna use this tomorrow, thank u
Grandma won't see it coming
Well did you beat him?
This here is dedication and lots of training great work KRU, She’s NAK MUAY!
Very good technique girl 👍😘
Definitely using this driil for classes
I do Sanda but I will use this combo
She's got power on her kicks.. good form too
She's going to be just fine. Great work young lady.
Love the video
The drill is basic. But basics are everything.
❤
Great
Mr Tomlinson, to my point of view, it's although possible to strike back with those same combinaisons but from the opposite side (right arm striking back a right leg and left hook striking back a left leg). Some people think i am wrong. What do you think about it ? Thank you.
Her form is ridiculous dude I’m taking notes.
Se for realmente o muay thai o bloqueio precisa ser mais técnico, porque se o chute entrar o braço dela vai ser comprometido. Além disso, uma boa defesa exprime um bom ataque. Sawadee krap🙏🏼
nice👊🏿💯🔥🤎
❤❤❤
oh great. I used that combo on a punching bag and it broke off
Is this old? Is Jackie doing better now? Hope the best for her
Powerful switch kicks
Ok; what about straight boxing in Mauy Thai and how to block using same combination?
Too many factors work against western boxing with Muay Thai. It's called the Art of Eight Limbs for a reason
@@haroldreddick2865would be almoat impossible for a thai stylist to lose against a boxer Muay Thai also respects boxing range because of elbows so to face a boxer wouldn't be much work mentally as it's still a matter or keeping kickboxing range A boxer will never understand or have that innate feel for kicking range and thus will be easy pickings Not to mention the heavy lead leg being perfect for calf kicks, any head movement is also easily countered with body roundhouses and leg kicks... If they keep a high guard you break the arms... I love boxing but its not practical for self defence against more well rounded disciplines I dont need to have fear of hurting my hands should I happen to get into a street fight as I will be kicking and or running away.
@@DankSwegSkuxxXhayel if you were paying attention, I was co-signing. I'm a Nak Muay myself and the gym where I was sponsored by in Phuket trained western boxing on Wednesday. Sometimes, we'd even pull out the tire and spar Mexican style, which worked for me since I'm Muay Bouk/Plam.
What he's missing is taking away the time in-between the block and her attacking
America flag pala dinadala ni Jackie 🤣👏 vs Real Pure Filipina. 💪
Nice crisp kicks.
Good opponents will pick up on habits and counter them.
Why in Muay Thai they block with the knee but in dutch kickboxing it's a different kind of blocking the low kick. We don't raise the knee to block
And what do you do in dutch kickboxing to block it?
lol who knows @@hanager
Scary sounds the girl are making when she is striking. I wouldn't like my wife to see this😅.
she fights for One Championship
