Listing Description:
"The Palais Venitien holds endless wonders! To the east are the Iles de Lérins, elongated islands of green against the blue of the sea. To the south, the Mediterranean stretches to the horizon. To the west is the gulf of La Napoule and the Estérel mountains where the setting sun provides a breathtaking display of colour each evening, while, behind the Palace to the north, in the Croix des Gardes massif - now a protected, un-constructible park - roll the first waves of a vast, un-spoiled, natural landscape, stretching over the hills to the distant mountains whose snow-capped peaks contrast dazzlingly with the blue sky in winter."

  • As an architect that has designed estate level homes, I am fully aware the amount of the extensive effort it takes from both the design team and the construction team for a project of this scale. There are hundreds of people required to design, construct, furnish and manage a project of this scale, not to mention years of work. The attention to detail and the craftsmanship are exceptional. Each room is an exquisite project in itself. The landscaping and site design are superb. I tip my hat to the project team.

  • There are no words created to describe this paradise. Heaven may be the closest I can muster up. Thank you, otherwise there is no chance I would ever see behind the front gates of this massive estate. I cant even wrap my brain around the concept of someone who could afford to live like this. Boom! mind blown. Great job showing it all to us. The kitchens......the pools......the spas/gym........garage area.....grounds.......staff quarters........views.......formal areas fit for royalty receiving foreign guests.......to live like this would have to put you so far detached from the rest of civilization that only a few mega privileged families could conceive of. Only God should know this level of perfection, the rest of us would just see the gates unto heaven. Could truly turn sinners to saints for the chance to enter his kingdom if found worthy after leaving this world. Who has the genius to design such amazing luxuries, much less see it come to life in complete success and wonder?

We should be inspired to achieve. Someone lives there or created this out of nowhere because they had a vision. It is possible. I am going to find a way.

    • @@the8thchurch461 People who live in these houses had one of the following: 1. Rich parents Or 2. Luck Anyone can get a plentiful, modest life with effort. However, it is the sad truth, that luck is what will ultimately decide whether these efforts will lead you to fortune. If Bill Gates was born just a decade later or earlier, there is a good chance he might have just been someone's nerdy neighbor. If Elon Musk had failed the fourth SpaceX launch he would've gone bankrupt and probably would not have been as rich he is now. If Steve Jobs hadnt met Wozniak he would've spent his life as a spiritual zen guru. It's always good to have big goals, but don't get too obsessed in them. As for me, I would find and do what I like and hope for the best, as luck is not my thing, unfortunately.

      @Hjw511@Hjw51127 күн бұрын
    • @@Hjw511 Thank you so much for your comment but I can't say I agree with you about luck not being your thing. The reason being that every misfortune or bad luck has inside it the best outcome that you could hope for. What is described as a silver lining in every cloud is in fact true. I believe this because in the same way bad things can come my way, good things can too. In fact the worst situation contains the best outcome if we could just patiently look hard enough and be positive. Make the best out of the worst is how the saying goes and it is true as long as we press on with life and not fall apart because of terrible things happening. Ultimately nobody is ordinary. We are all miracles of existence and are capable of shocking and beautiful achievements. The thing is to be kind and helpful to people as much as possible, even doing charity work and attending events at charitable organizations and getting to know/meet people. That is how you interact with people from all walks of life and gain knowledge that can really take you places. I wish you the very best dearest. Lovely talking to you. We all have supernatural powers that life, the so-called ruling classes and politicians rob us of by grinding us down with their demands of boosting the economy at our expense.

It stayed abandonned for many years because the property developer didn't have the building permit. • This is so far the best home I’ve ever seen in my life. And it has made me reflect… We (mid-income people) tend to picture ourselves closer to the people who live in luxury properties than to the ones that have just a simple roof and four walls. But WE ARE NOT. We are much further away than we can imagine from people who live in this kind of houses than from people who do not make ends meet or doesn’t even have a roof to sleep under. This houses are palaces most of the people will never own. Please do not forget to support the ones in need, because that’s how the world becomes a better place, you could be the one who needs help tomorrow. Aside from this reflection, nice work Enes, Mikey and all the team, as always. I’ve enjoyed the tour a lot, the property is stunning and I’m grateful that you show us this amazing places.

    • Mid-income people could form intentional communities and pool their money together to buy such places to live in. Such places are big enough for several families. Alternatively, maybe one could simply design apartment complexes to look like mansions, architecturally, with similar "common spaces"?

The layout is very practical. And every corner is functional and useful. We've seen many houses that are big and luxurious, but there's always that one space where you're like "meh, that one's unnecessary." or "oh, that one's too much". But this one is perfect. • I would love to see an additional video on this property where you guys didn’t need to rush through it so much to keep the video under an hour, and have like a second version where every available room in the house is covered, and then each would be more in depth like your tours of “typical” houses that are tiny 10,000 sq ft haha. It could easily be 3 hours but I would love it and watch every second. The kitchen alone looks like it could be 20 minutes. I’m not knocking the video as I understand it’s hard to tour a 35,000 sq ft house in the same time as one that is 1/3 the size with a tiny yard. I can say that with just like every other video, Enes, Mikey and the rest of the crew did an amazing job, you guys killed it and it’s so awesome to see the success and growth of your channel!!! I’ve been watching for quite a while, since early on where the houses were much smaller and only a couple million, and just to see what you guys are now getting access to is amazing and is proof of how awesome you and your crew have been doing. I’m guessing that even just 2 years ago you guys had no idea that you would very soon be traveling the world touring the some of biggest and best homes in the world and doing it better than any other team out there. Great job guys!!

As a kid my grandparents who lived at a beautiful property in Misty Acres community in Palos Verdes peninsula had a quaint and beloved little kitchenette four chair set. The table was white wood with white marble round top and had four white metal chairs with Lattice backing like this with yellow seating cushions. It was super cheery.

I could live forever on the top floor, with that gorgeous colorful kitchen and view off the balcony. Looks like Heaven, my goodness. • I think its more of a property you’d use to host. Eg: a family of like 5 could buy it and then host the grandparents+ aunts, uncles and cousins yk? Then you’d be able to have the children play together and the adults utilising the amenities

  • 37:39 that's the first rainhead that actually deserves the name, IMHO. When it rains, I get wet everywhere. I don't have to twist and spin to position parts of myself under the tiny raincloud. This is finally actual rain. :-)

  • All that grand scale and excess with such an awe inspiring stone stairway beyond that massive water feature all leading up to that main entrance with such a big crazy foyer entry inside…after you enter thru the boring lain single front door. What a disservice that does to such an amazing home.

  • Hi Enes. Yes, this the best house you have toured so far. Not only the best house, but I can appreciate the quality of your videos/shots is impeccable, your rich vocabulary (I bet you had to learn the words for the columns! haha), and overall professionalism. It is always a pleasure to listen to you and I look forward to every one of your videos! Some thoughts: FRENCH VS US - Based on your videos in France, you can really notice how the french KNOW how to decorate all their mansions (as opposed to the US houses with similar price who should be ashamed of themselves after seeing this video), and style their houses. There is a unique theme across the entire property, columns everywhere ( 37:47 has 4 columns in the bathtub!!!! -- The best bathroom I have seen in my life), statues everywhere, paintings in the walls and actual paintings are breath-taking and classical, the designs and details in the floors, walls and ceilings really provide that luxury-palace feeling. And of course, high-quality marble, furniture, and woods. ENTERTAINMENT - Another thing you can notice is how in france there is actual entertainment stuff that the US doesn't seem to have. Starting with the outdoor area to go from tree to tree with a petanque area, playstation controllers, a damn nightclub, transparent canoes to watch your fish, helipad... You get bored? you got the beach 10 mins away, and the mountains 10 min to the opposite way LMAO NITPICKING - Perhaps this house is missing a vineyard to go using your golf-cart, golf area, football/basketball court, and in general more technology. Bigger TV's, a high-end audio system in the cinema/tv areas that you can talk in-depth about (none of these houses seem to have this), a gaming setup, a video-game room... But still.

    • Yes, the lack of larger TVs made me punch my computer in anger when I watched this video. In a fit, I spent the $130m I was going to use to buy this mansion on the disaster girl NFT. I just love staring at screens too much!

  • Hey Enes! This is by far the most awesome property that I ever see on youtube. This can be the home of my dreams. It has everything I ever wanted in a property. It has not only kitchens, living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms and bathrooms but also a game room, a wine cellar, home theater, a gym, a huge car garage, a sauna, pools, a nightclub and so much more. Thanks a lot!
