I've gotten to look at a couple of these cars up close at a local dealership and they are truly a beautiful machine to behold.

while ripping a Ferarri on the high end is awesome for the viewers , just to be on safe side on the single lane wet road or the busy autobahn wet highways...he has to keep the rpm in check on low gears to keep grip levels on the safe side
I wouldn’t call that “shifting”. I don’t get why these cars are bought with automatic transmission. That’s steering, not driving.

@@edward7282 Word … and front-mounted engine. That V12 is some serious weight over the front end. Edit : I’m surprised that it doesn’t understeer horrifically with such weight over the front axle.

@@edward7282 I’m not a fan of pops and bangs on the overrun. It’s a tad tryhard and resembles an engine in need of a service. Edit : I would literally kill for a 458 Speciale Aperta with it’s N/A 4.5lt 597HP V8 that’s capable of revving to a 9000RPM redline all day long.
@@Virvum_Juggernaut same here, I'd have to check that car's sound out sometime, the ones I currently find that sound the nicest are the 812 and the Lexus LFA.
812 Superfast is always the best supercar when Novitec goodies are on it!

@@astonisher7549 sure! But if you're in the market or 'about to consider it'... the case for the 812 superfast/GTS becomes wafer thin. It comes down to the current price. Whether for the price or it's depreciation. If you want to hold some value you will look at the limited editions. A TDF edition or competitione or perhaps in the future a GTO. But if you're a first time buyer, you simply can't. You must proof yourself a worthy Ferrari owner, owning several Ferrari's before your name ends up on the list to buy the limited editions. It's a loyalty program to get on a list to be able to buy very rare Ferrari's I admire Ferrari for doing it, and to build a whole kind of membership program for life. But if you're new, you have to climb up that ladder first buy buying the entry level cars first.

Just watched this right after watching old school f1 flybys and it’s AMAZING how Ferrari managed to make a car that sounds EXACTLY like it, and how awesome it is that the NOVITEC team was able to sprinkle a little pixie dust and make this thing come alive!

The combination of high pitch howl and the deep bass of the off throttle burbles is everything.
