Cool seat, I am a customer of this product. I personally would not call the on-board (fixed controls) a "Remote control" as remote implies that you can take it with you. Does this have an IR receiver? Does the remote have an IR blaster? If not then I would not call it a remote control. It is a local control cluster.
Yes, we use infrared remote control, mainly to allow users to avoid bending over and provide a lot of convenience for the elderly.

Have a leak problem with the connection. Don’t know how to fix it probably gonna hire a plumber.
