he is going full lobos because it makes using attack move difficult for aeon. it's a common strategy. it forces the aeon player to do even more micro to keep the aurora alive. he was misusing it because he told it to attack your com and let your aurora just free fire.

pause factories yes also dont build power when power stalling and often it's unneccesary to sacrifice eco to get an upgrade fast micro it by pausing and unpausing com
"with me playing either against or with him" Technically, you can't play against someone if you don't play with him… 😋
I've recently been killed on Setons because I did not realize Auroras outrange an un-upgraded UEF COM and my enemy was *on point* with their micro never allowing me to get in range but also scooting in whenever I tried doing something more productive and ruining my build queue or retreat pathing
I like these types of videos too outside of just casts. Maybe you could cover some strats/ playstyles with the different factions

Aeon is higher skill and more micro, but ALWAYS pays off.
Lots of players build lots of artillery (lobos etc) against aeon, because is beats attack-move auroras. I notice you don't use attack-move with your auroras as much as perhaps you could. It's essential to have them advance at max range. People spam artillery to stop attack-move aurora from working - but just switching up to moving normally beats it soundly! I think the entire key to doing well with aeon is getting used to advancing with attack-move, and always retreating (with normal move) when the enemy advances.
On some maps, especially when it comes to ones with a lot of water, aeon shows it’s strengths against cybrans in early game
Imagin being the player who gets the share as aeon in the middle of a fight especially
I'm rusty af but after you got a spy plane up why would you not take that handful of tanks to go around the com and smash his eco? 🤔 Tank is faster than com yeah
Aeon land is best early game, the extra tank range and dual gun com is very strong until your opponent gets t2 pd creep or t2 main tanks, after that point Aeon land falls of a cliff. I still think Aeon has the best air though.
I personaly perfer Cybran air but Aeon is preety good.
@@ivanvoloder8114 Yeah the Cybran strat bombers and bug stealth is really really strong, I'm just biased since almost every game I've seen where someone builds 3+ Czar they end up winning :D
It's nice you try it, and I hated aoen when I played, Way under 1% of my total will have been aoen... Although this opponent, despite his rating, was terrible. I get you watch yourself play, but watch his play, it's painfully bad... Anyone who goes all in to rush something, and then doesn't use it, is not a very good player.
I must say, I have started to appreciate Aeons more.
Just play Dual Gap only. No problem with multi-laning when there's only one lane for you. Kappa
OK, but how can we describe Aeon faction in one sentence so new players can make their choice better?
Units do their primary job best, but only that.
