F.B. is improving....really fast....day by day.... She did it slowly after the 9th hurdle and there are like 2 days imbetween semi's anf final. I also think she's the most chilled one...so under pressure..
Good video. Looking at the side by side and Femke last two sub 53 races, it seems Femke likes to go out really hard on the first 200, and cruise the last 200. Sydney on the other hand likes to cruise the back straight and the last bend, then go out hard on the final 100. It will be very interesting to see Sydney, Femke, and Dalilah go all out in the final.
That race is going to be exciting to watch! Go Sidney Go! Love you!
That race is going to be exciting to watch! Go Femke Go! Love you!
The next 10 years of these 2 girls racing each other will be fabulous.
Can't wait, it is very hard to separate the three of them.
@@womensports6540 Yes you can't count out Dalilah Muhammad, but I'm under the impression that Sydney has her steps down between hurdles, the rest speaks for it's self! Go Sydney Go! Love you!
Go, go, go!
The best on 400m flat will won, and it is Sydney!
Femke Bol is actually a better hurdler. Where Sidney wins is after the last hurdle with her strong, fast, tumultuous finishing speed. Femke has to work on her long, gorgeous legs to make them just a tiny bit more powerful past the last of the hurdles if she is to beat Sidney. Sidney speeds up after the last hurdle and also does Shamier Little. Delilah and Femke are just a tiny bit slower after the 10th hurdle, but this can change; Femke and Delilah can somehow make it change.
Great Analysis, I feel like Femke must hire you as part of Her technical team, that is some top level perspective, thank you.
@@womensports6540 How can we ever get in contact to make some contribution.
@@johnpcurtin6313 ahh thanks, I would love some suggestions, my email is peegeenp@gmail.com
long gorgeous legs lmao
@@TheWEGsmith we like the underdog story, if she pulls it off, based on the above, it will be one of the biggest shocks of the Olympics.
Hi. Wow. Wow
This is an awesome video! Bol was a half a stride ahead at the 9th hurdle. Just needs a little more endurance and she'll be challenging Syd and Dalilah
She's a full second behind, thats a lightyear in racing. Good luck.
I think Muhammad was holding back for the olympics, she wants to save her best for the final olympic match, Bol and Mclaughlin were going all out.
The BEST bet of the games is that somebody will come in here WHINING because the results were posted in the title!
The question is: can Muhammad or Bol run a sub 52? or was Sydneys world record just a freak once in a lifetime performance like Florence Griffith Joyner?
Femke Bol looks like she can go under 52 going on her semi and she looks like she has great finish speed
Well, if you're correct then Muhammad is in danger of settling for the bronze. I'll tell you now, if Sydney doesn't stumble over a hurdle or something, she's a lock for the gold.
@@cliffordhill2365 muhammad ran her semi way more relaxed and faster than bol lmao
But we know that all three of them took their foot off the gas in the qualifying races, so I don't read much into that stuff. Sydneys PB is :58sec ahead of Muhammads, in the track world that's a noticeable gap to make up and keep in mind that she (Sydney) has also been training to improve things since then! This is why I feel that Muhammad and Bol will literally be running for silver/bronze. I could be wrong, but I don't think so.
Sydney McLaughlin's a full second faster, why are we acting like this is a competition? 1 second in a sprint is a lifetime! Bol isn't even in the same stratosphere as McLaughlin! She's a featherweight trying to fight a heavyweight. Good for her, but she's NOT NEARLY GOOD ENOUGH.
I can't get excited for Femke Bol ALMOST beating Sydney McLaughlin. She still LOST. Has she EVER won against Sydney McLaughlin? Why are we talking about her like she's great? I don't think she will EVER beat Sydney. She's just not good enough. USA!!
