    • Aldi is no brother company of Lidl. I work at Lidl in Germany and yes, we have to scan a certain amount of articles per minute (35-40 articles). This is not sad, that's just the way how discounters work in Germany. You have to work really fast (not only at the cash register) so the company doesn't need to hire too many people. But she's doing it way too fast, my boss would call that unfriendly to customers. Aldi and Lidl are two different companies, but still they have two things in common: They are both discounters and of German origin.

Our job relies on it cause if you go below a number you get written up. • It's how your produce gets all banged up and your chips become crumbs

    @justrad19@justrad194 жыл бұрын
    • No it’s not. These companies teach us how to properly separate and build a cart specifically for that reason. Eggs, chips, and bread go up top. Produce goes in its own location in the cart. Here’s an idea for you: put your heavy duty items first and fragile last on the belt because it’ll be put in the cart last, duh.

    • Hhmmm that store reminds me of Aldi grocery store We have to put in a quater in the cart slot to get the cart and then bring our own bags because they dont use plastic bags and then once your done using there cart you put it back in the place where they load the carts and you get your quater back
