  • I exfoliate about 2 or 3 times a week just to avoid over drying and use carrot + tea tree oil to moisturize. As a cleanser I discovered Pear’s Transparent mint bar soap really evens out my complexion and doesn’t leave my face dry and flaky. Self health is self wealth!!

  • He's so right. Taking care of yourself as a man is important, and skin is no different. Makes you way more confident in yourself too. I don't think I'm all that attractive but I'm not ugly either, some girls like me so I'm middle of the road, however, acne and other skin problems undermines my self esteem and I don't think I'm as attractive. Now that I started watching Doctorly and using some of the stuff they recommend, I feel better looking in a mirror lol. Check em out for a lot of skin related content, they're not like those influencers who tell you that putting ice on your face will help with acne because it won't

I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.
