SNOWRUNNER is an offroad truck driving game where you deliver cargo in challenging terrain. I'm playing hard mode for the first time, and recording my experience as my first ever KZhead content. #snowrunner

I've been watching Knull Modems playthrough and tbh without that resource I'd have quit a long time ago. Wishing you the best of luck. I'm sure you're aware already but found fuel tankers for missions can be dropped off with 10% of their total capacity and still count as passing the mission.
Thanks! I'd found out that fuel tanker deliveries didn't complain that it wasn't full, but didn't know the 10% thing. Very helpful. :)

yes but be careful to really have enough left. i brought the service trailer to the far end of the smithwill dam and ended up with not enough fuel in it because the mudfields at the end made me use to much fuel.
I love the immersive feel of inside the cab, makes things more exciting. But good on you for thinking about those that get motion sick. Love your commentary, and really appreciate the fact that you played the campaign before starting hard mode. Having some knowledge in a game like this I think is essential.

This is exactly what I’ve been looking for. A good hard mode playthrough. And I actually enjoy watching the 1st person viewpoint because I like driving that way in my own games, except when there’s hills or some kind of drop off and I can’t see over the hood lol. I’m excited to get through your episodes and get all caught up.

I've been playing Snow runner forever. Usually going to new game plus because I like the Jeep scouts And I have a lot of DLC trucks, but I don't use them much. So I did My own style hard mode in ng+ still not as fun as actual hard mode.. great videos
I too started hard mode because of how easy career mode is. Once you use recover there’s no reason not too. Excellent first video
Wow I bought the base game a week ago and I'm loving it but had no idea the DLC trucks were not only available from the outset but completely free if you bought the Year Passes. I'm glad I cheaped out and just bought the base game because having those trucks available would have really negatively affected my enjoyment and sense of progression in the game. I can totally understand why you quit your save and went for hard mode.

Seems they improved the driving physics and replayability in their third log delivery game, looks good, although i do miss seeing those Russian lorries though :) the first person camera doesn't make me feel sick
actually you can get some russian trucks back in through mods gladly !

I'm still going in Sownrunner and KZhead because the feedback from viewers really enhances my experience of playing the game. You done the exact same as me lmao. I’m not even a snow runner vet. But I played the campaign for a few days. But then I had learned all the little ins and outs where I could just be lazy and not find a challenge in the game. Then I went to hard mode and now I’m just watching videos trying to learn what to do to start of.
Yeah, campaign mode got boring for me really fast, especially if you have all the DLC trucks. Hard mode is great, hope the videos help a bit. 😊

36:24 The Khan 39 Marshal dident used to be that useless, infact it used to be very very good especially in the 3 base regions. People that dident preorder the game and dident get it at release complained so mutch that eventuelly the devs nerfed it. I will be the first to say that yes it was mutch stronger then it needed to be for the basegame but the way they nerfed it was by slashing the fuel tank in half making it essentially completely useless now. The last thing u wanna worry about in a Scout is your fuel tank. It wouldent have been all bad if the truck hade a trailer hitch for a small scout trailer but it dosent have that so u have to drag along a small fuel trailer with the winch or have another truck follow it with a fuel trailer. They couldent possable have nerfed it in a worse way. Luckily almost right away after this nerf a modded version of the truck showed up that could be even more powerful depending on how u upgraded it.
I love the playthroughs that are done in real time like this. Watching trucks fly through maps like knullmodem is deflating if your playing along.
Thanks for the comment, but I should make you aware that I do start using timelapses on this series. Some of the contracts would take many episodes if I did everthing in real time, so I try to strike a balance between not hiding away any important content, but making it watchable. Sorry if that's not what you are looking for in a series. 😊

@@AtlayGaming good. Can't wait for the timelapses to start. The slower stuff, especially when it's the same ground covered for the 5th time, starts to get a bit grindy when just watching passively.
@@Blxz Yeah, agreed. I get that in hard mode some people want to see everything, but that's a lot of repetition!
Need to buy this game. In the meantime, I have 234 videos to convince me to hurry up!

I'm sure this has been figured out already, but you can still pass the missions that involve the fuel semi trailers with about 20% left in the tank, or there abouts. So fill up all your rigs for free!
Hey, thanks for commenting and pointing that out. I did find out about that, and the rule is 10%, so I've generally bled those tanks down to the exact litre I'm allowed to take. 👍🏼😁
Do trucks really burn through up to 3L a minute in real life? That seems insanely inefficient.
Scout 800 is a better scout than the Chevy imo

Hey mate, just an FYI, your 'All Episodes in Order' playlist is woefully out of order. Of the first 16 videos, for example, 9 of them are out of order. This continues for the entire Michigan season.
Argh! Thanks for pointing that out... someone else mentioned it a couple days ago and I thought I'd fixed it, but 'date added' is apparently not right. I've now sorted that list by 'date published' and it looks right to me, I think. Maybe a 'special' or two might be slightly out of order, but in general the main series should now be good. Understood. I experiment a lot on this series, but viewer feedback let me know that 1st person is to be avoided. I do use it a little bit later on, when it's so dark that viewers can't see anything at all, but the default and vast majority of content I make is 3rd person. 😀👍🏼
