I think the Voidcritters most resemble Pokemon. Especially with the battle
I agree that winning or losing the Voidcritters should affect kid’s moodlets more. It would be cool (but EA could never) if how affected your win/loss was tied to traits so the emotion and how strongly it’s effected would be due to some traits and not just winning or losing.
Srsly. When you are a kid, loosing a game you are invested in IS the worst day of your life. I would have loved to see some of my kid Sims break up friendships over Voidcritters. Perhaps the kids with the ambitious trait would loose friendships while the other kid with the goofy trait be like "??? It's just a game!"
I love these review videos as a new player to the sims im still trying to figure out wich packs to buy could you maybe do get together next?
Cats & Dogs is next but Get Together will be soon :)
@@SatchOnSims Thank you for doing these packs that every other youtuber says is "must need" without but they don't say why
Get Together is really good, I think Seasons is really good too just for simple quality of life rubbish
welcome to the Sims then ^^ Hope you have loads of fun with the game. Just keep checking Satch's videos. He is honest and doesn't try to please EA by not mentioning stuff that should be mentioned. His videos should give you a good idea of what you'll get and if you would like it. Be smart ;) wait for the sales to buy anything. Good luck, have fun and hope you enjoy!
I love these videos, too. I dont always agree, but its usually when the game play part is added to the score, and im more of a builder. I like how he gets down to the nitty gritty of what each pack has in terms of building.
I think they should have allowed the voidcritter stuff for older sims too, at least older sims with the childish trait or something… I know plenty of adults into Pokemon irl which voidcritters is based on
also considering collecting things like that really is primarily an adult hobby... most kids don't just have the money that those sets cost it seems even weirder to limit them to kids.
Thanks for doing this, I don’t think I’ve ever seen a review of this pack and it actually looks like a good one.
Why do they have to make everything so huge? Is it so hard to make things in scale?
yeah. i expected children tables or furnitures to be much smaller.. all the tables are so big..
I love these because apparently I’ve just been buying packs and not fully knowing what I’m getting or what I can do. I don’t think I’ve ever used the little puppet show thing 🤦🏾♀️ but I think it’s a larger item and my kids rooms tend to be smaller so I just never put one in there
Thank you for these honest reviews! I love them! ❤
I am taking another look at this because my kids rooms are starting to feel a bit limited, but why is everything so massive in Sims 4. Like that game play battle station thing is so big it wouldn't fit in most of my kids rooms. they could have accomplished the same thing in a table top alternative. That being said, I think the pack will serve adding some needed extras to my gameplay. The big things I might put in the community library and just use it as an excuse to go out and socialize there with my sim families and their kids.
I haven't heard much about this pack before but it looks cute!
Second,i love your videos,Good Luck whit your videos!
There actually is a void critter show on the tv channel that comes with the pack 👍
I had a puppet show thing like there is in this pack as a kid, and that little bit of nostalgia was the primary thing that pushed me over the edge to buy this pack. But at the time, I was also just desperately trying to find the fun in Sims 4... While I use the stuff from this pack regularly, it still wasn't like. groundbreaking. For stuff pack, good stuff.
I like the pack mainly because it adds something else for my child sims to do and if I want to kill a sim with hysteria I just need some void critter cards and some happy potions and the void critters are actually considered a collection
Seems like a really good pack for once but I won't buy it 🤔 Because I play sims 4 like they intended it, as a forever young adult with wicked whims mod 💅😁
Same, I'm too busy giving my sims a drug addiction to even bother with kids 🗿
One of the things I love about this game is how flexible the genre can be with mods. One day you're playing kids and toddlers having fun with their toys, playing with other kids and letting their imagination run wild. The next day you're playing an adult being a total slvt sleeping with as many sims as they can and getting high and utterly wasted in nightclubs.
That is literally the only way I play now🤣 all my sims are gallery made in world and they are forever young adults 😎 wicked whims and wicked perversions plus woohoo wellness and mccc 😂
@@fansee1368 aight, now I need to finally stop sleeping on getting that mod or mod in general (even though I'm playing on a non-gaming laptop) 😅
