Let’s have a look what America’s Got Talent champions are doing now. You’ll be surprised to learn which one of them is the most successful, who switched singing for acting, and who chose to step down from performing altogether.
The first-ever AGT winner Bianca Ryan nearly quit singing because of health issues. And you would hardly recognize now another teenage winners, Grace VanderWaal. She changed her style drastically - and her music has changed too. Her fellow AGT champion Darci Lynne stayed grounded and maintained a normal life as much as possible.
Surprisingly, the richest of all America’s Got Talent winners is Terry Fator. But not everyone was that lucky: Neal E. Boyd passed away three years ago, Kevin Skinner got depressed and chose to retreat from the spotlight.

I saw Grace's first performance on AGT and my first thoughts were...."I hope this little girl has a successful and happy career in music along with a happy and successful life. Why wouldn't anyone watching and enjoying her performance wish for anything else. I love it when people see their dreams come true. The same goes for all the talented people on AGT.

The two most amazing winners are Grace and Darcy Lynn, to see the youngest win such a huge iconic show as AGT with so much talent around them and remain focused on what they are there to do is mind blowing to me, they have so much personality that people connect to is the reason they are so loved, you can't deny their lovable nature and humbleness!
I agree, I'm not a fan of Darci per say, but that doesn't take away from how amazingly talented she is. Also, we share the same stomping grounds. Grace on the other hand, I just love her, she is everything, she is life, she is air, she is existence to me. I knew Darci Lynne wud win her season from her debut. So happy she stuck with it and stays grounded and focused on her studies - no doubt her mom helps her there. I hope she tours here sometime, wud love to see her live and maybe get an autograph. AGT is the show for variety talent, unlike the Voice, or Idol focusing on singing.

She had a lot of fun with it and has since then grown her hair back out. She was just flown out to Paris by Yves Saint Laurent for Paris Fashion Week which she seemed to thoroughly enjoy. Grace is happy and doing great.

Grace VanderWaal continues to act, having appeared in Disney's Stargirl 2020 and Hollywood Stargirl 2022, she costarred with Uma Thurman and Giancarlo Esposito in these films. Grace recently wrapped her newest film Megalopolis directed by Francis Ford Coppola, where it's rumored, she plays part of a singer who's a love interest of one of the male leads, either Adam Driver or Shia Labeouf in the film. This will be the second film in which Giancarlo Esposito & Grace VanderWaal have appeared together. Megalopolis should release to theaters in 2024.

Nice video. Unbiased and equal measure. For me Grace is the best, but I've enjoyed almost all the winners. They all shined there own way. Grace just shines brighter. If you think otherwise then you should listen closer and pay more attention. Grace Rocks.
I also loved Grace, however, its also matters how we value the area that they perform in. The girl who finished second to her ( she sang opera ) was out of this world. She is also very popular world wide. I am not an opera fan per say, but listening to her one could tell she was going to rise to the top of her particular art. Grace will have a niche fan base and be one of many in her area of music manly because it is so popular and already loaded with talent. The other girls voice has matured and gotten better and is now an international star performing in many different countries. She and Darcy were my favorites. Of course I did not see them all. Grace was also up there, but I suspect as she gets older her popularity will wain as she becomes one of many just like her. Her appeal to me was her childlike innocence as it was expressed in her music. Darcy will always have her puppets so she does not have to just rely on her vocal talents. The opera singer will always have her amazing voice.

Bianca still hasn’t received the $1 million; MINUS taxes. Will you believe the winner receives the million with taxes taken out, at the rate of……$25,000 a year over FORTY YEARS! An initial amount is put in an annuity. Absolutely ridiculous. With all the money rolling in from advertisements they can very easily write out ONE check. I bet the judges make near that for each episode. 🤬

Daneliya Tuleshova was also amazing that season.
I think the dancing guy with his absentee wife...showed his hand way too early. It was a unique and fun audition. Darcy Lynn is an amazing talent...not just in her ventriloquist talent...but her voice was first class. And her sweet humbleness was endearing to the max. I love the most how she remained grounded and true to who she is...instead of becoming a cliche. I have the utmost respect for the people who remained true to who they were. I always found it a little bit sad to see some of them resort to common 'showmanship'...popular images that didn't suit them. All in all...they are all so very talented, and was entertained by each of them.

AGT often has talent that I do not consider "talent." Nevertheless! Moving on, in my never-to-be-humble opinion, nobody has been able to even come close to the remarkable Darci Lynn. Now THERE is talent!!!
I think you really have to separate the different talents into catagories. Darci was good but no where near the talent of Jackie Evancho in the singing department.
@@DosBear You have to remember that Darcy Lynne was singing while performing ventriloquism. She was very good in that context. She rarely missed a note. Jackie Evancho is a pure singer. She doesn't have to keep her mouth set in a position while singing. For a ventriloquist, Darcy Lynne is a very good vocalist.

I hope Darcy stick primarily with her puppets, because it is in that venue she really shines. She is good and could make it as a singer but she is not that outstanding. There is just so much competition for vocalists just too many good singers trying to make it.
