I am a simple man. I see well made timestamps, i press like.
Wish there were timestamps per type.
I really hope we get a Rayquaza event soon, not even coz hes strong, hes just my favorite n i only recently started playin again
he comes back every go fest, dont worry
@@Supertoddy96 this is a high possibility... 😅
@@LuckyBunzI have a 98 shiny mamoswine. Very happy with it. The missing stat is defense. Also 98 shadow metagross with 14 attack.
@@dblum i have 4* shadow dragonite and metagross
me too. start playing June last year
Thank you for this excellent breakdown! I started playing again late last year and while I've looked at some other top attacker/mon lists online, having the explanations for why certain ones are so good and just how much more powerful they are over others was really helpful. Gonna watch the budget version now since I don't have access to some of these legendaries. 😅
Thank you for all the hard work that you put into your videos, Lucky. I’ve been sitting on a ton of stardust and was tossed up on who to spend it on now. I didn’t want to impulsively spend it on something I rarely use like I used to when I first started playing in 2020. The only Pokémon that has pulled its weight over the years that I’ve invested heavily into is my Garchomp from the Gible community day in 2021.
Me who just started playing in January 👁️👄👁️
Just keep up with my monthly breakdown videos chief, you'll be surprised where your account is in a few months
Started in January also, level 37 and have 51 shiny’s and half are legendary. What a time to start !
@@tajfrazier8998 haha I’m at level 37 and only got 41 shinies 😭
Dude, same. lol finding a community has been huge for me, though definitely wouldn't be as far as I am without the homies
Me but today. Trying to learn wtf to do
Pokemon Legends Z-A will reintroduce Mega Evolution and with that, (i'm assuming) new Megas, which will eventually be in Pokemon Go. So this list may need revision in 5 years =p
It’s gonna need revision next year bro, do u not see 2024 on the tittle
@@destroyersfist695 Yes. but when the Megas from Pokemon Legends get released it will be revised again (pay attention to the main point of the comment =p)
@@icanmakericeyeah we got it, and it still doesn’t change the fact that it will change (5 times by your count) before the new megas become entirely relevant…
@@khaelstorm2552 thanks for the insight. you must be really fun at parties.
@@khaelstorm2552 did you want me to give you a standing ovation or something? talk about internet toxicity. you guys need to touch grass. i'm muting this.
Great video! One small recommendation, it would be cool to have timestamps for each type
Thanks for making this!
Thanks for your hard work on this video. Extremely informative, even for the most experienced PoGo players! It was easy to follow along in game to make sure I covered all the bases you presented.
Awesome, I'm happy to hear it was easy to follow along! 😊
As always, thank you for the video.
You're welcome, thanks for watching! 😊
Mega Beedrill is underrated as a ground type attacker too :D
Love the master league shoutouts too Lucky lol
Dope vid Lucky
great video, especially the explanation that you dont need to power up certain 'mons to lvl50 because they are just that powerful
I'm happy you found that information useful, it's quite a bit of data analysis to figure that out for every Pokemon haha
@@LuckyBunzthis is a great aspect thank you for your work
If you could drop a google drive or pdf somewhere that’d be dope. nice vid regardless
very informative ty
Dam... back when I last played the meta was just... get a vamporeon. I have a lot to learn.
Thank you so much for this video
You're welcome! 😊
I got a 91% shiny origin form dialga with roar of time. Last tour with the hoenn pokemon I got a 89% shiny rayquaza. I felt bad for my wife not getting anything either tour, so after I got dialga who is my 3rd fav Pokémon I decided to give my wife my 2nd fav Pokémon, my black rayquaza. She got it and was nervous about the stars being 2 or less. She got a lucky shundo Rayquaza from me 😳 I was blown away 🫥😵. Now she is leagues more powerful than I am. It also has dragon accent. I can’t wait to see her go mega in the future 🥰
I’ve watched this video a few times a week so far 💀 still waiting on that budget raid attackers vid 😅
Thank you!
I've got 20 Dialga with roar of time just chilling in my trade folder for those in need.
32:39 damn you're telling me I'm not the only one with a shundo lvl 50 origin palkia? Am I the only one that has one with a catch card caught on Sunday 😂
That's just a regular hundo lol, but I am jelly you got yours with the catch card, I was so bummed that I didn't get it for my hundo 😭
Good video
I guess you didn't include all shadow but here are a lot of shadows worth to level up. For example before greninja thare are, shadow swampert, shadpw feraligarth and also shadow empoleon...so i don't know your methods to rank them
I hope newish players don't get a complex with all the level 50 hype. I've never really needed anything above 35 for raids.
Same, I level Legendaries only to lvl 35 and Pokemon from the wild relevant for raids (dragons, rock, ground mainly) to lvl 40. That was enough last weekend to beat Shadow Raikou with just one other player who is only L35 himself and has L30 mons only.
During the sinnoh tour i got a hundo shadow gible 🙃
Is it just me or do Pokemon that have moves like Fusion Flare, Origin Pulse, Spacial Rend - the ones that take a long time to charge and can hold only one charge, don't damage as quickly as something like Outrage that can use damage taken to spill over into the next charge, rather than it get wasted when you're almost charged anyway.
Yeah on paper, those big moves are the best, but practicality in raid battles paints a different picture. For that reason, it's nice to have 2 moves available. For example, on my Kyogre I have both Origin Pulse and Surf, this way I can get more damage off consistently
@@LuckyBunz Sweet good idea :D
luckily i only had to do one raid to get spacial rend
Maan I wish for rayquaza next week with groudon x kyogre. I have shiny Groudon already. All I need is ray and kyo
With a w3ather boost you can get level 35 pokemon to fill your team out
They made rayqueza almost meta for people to buy him then nerfed him next couple of seaons. Its annoying lol
Yeah it was kinda annoying, the Breaking Swipe nerf was rough for all those dragons
what happened to breaking swipe; why did it get nerfed?
would you purify a shadow dragonite to hit 100%? I'm at 13s for all 3 w/ shadow and Im curious if that would be better than purifying it for perfect ivs. I intend to use it as a general pokemon in raids and stuff.
You really shouldn’t purify any 3 star shadows, a zero iv shadow is better than a normal hundo for most raid attackers
MAN it looks like I came up these last few seasons i have a ton of these off the top of my head 96 15 attack enamorous sshundo garchomp 2 hundo mega aboamasnow shiny 98 zekrom shsiny 96 reshiram 2 hundo gengars (one Halloween edition) I hatched a hundo tyranitar yesterday shiny 96 terakion hundo landorus (and a 98 functional hundo) hundo rhyperior 96 baxcaliburrrr 98 15 attack origin palkia 2 hundo dialga (with the LA card) and hundo dragonite
I think you may have had the best come up last year, this is hella impressive
One thing that’s not mentioned here is IVs…. Like, I don’t do nearly as many Rocket battle/gyms as I should, so I hardly have come across any shadows with good IVs. Am I wrong that with any shadow I do get, I immediately transfer it if it doesn’t at least clear like 80% on IVs, (which means hardly keeping any)?
Great question, for regular Pokemon I try to aim for 96%+ with 15 attack ideally. For shadow Pokemon, since it's much harder to get good IVs, I generally go for anything that is 3*, but I have powered up 2* shadows before with high attack for example.
I see people at Reddit saying that they prefer 15 5 5 shadow than a 10 10 10 one so I guess attack IVs are the most relevant
Is there an easy way to compare two Pokemon to know which is actually better to use, despite CP? For example, I have a Shadow Raikou at Lv 25 (2390 CP), and a Vikavolt at Lv 33 (2791 CP). If I'm interested mostly in Total Damage Output, is it best to just go with the higher CP, since this factors both Attack and Defense? Moveset must also play into it, so I'm hoping there's just a website that I can plunk the numbers/moves into and get a TDO spat out.
You can use the spreadsheet from Gamepress to run the numbers. It's linked in the description
@@LuckyBunz Thank you! I think I did it right... I loaded up Kyogre as the enemy, and changed the attacker levels when searching between the two 'mons. Turns out, they're about the same, so powering up the Raikou even a little is the way to go... which makes sense :P
What about shadow Chandelure? It's great for both Fire and Ghost and absolutely among the best for both types
Will talk about it in the shadow video
For fairy I think tapu koko with the new attack is top 3
Tapu Koko is not better because it does not have access to a fairy fast move.
@@LuckyBunz It is actually a decent fairy attacker and it's up there at rank 3 with quick attack as fast move.
Curious why you said primal kyogre /needs/ origin pulse? even with surf it will out DPS and out TDO everything else
Because it’s better for pve
@trevorsmith5790 A specific sentence I was referring to was, "it needs origin pulse to out DPS everything else." Even if origin pulse is better, It's still out DPSs everything with surf so you dont neeeeed it. It will honestly shave like 1.5sc off a raid running all surf kyogres vs all OP. Especially if you are f2p, save yourself an Etm and just run surf, unless you want this for pvp and then you only need 1
You can regular fastTM your Shaymin and get Magical Leaf
Yeah bro lvl your mon to lvl 50 only for it to die in the same amount of time as your lvl 35 & 40s lol Just level your mons to the point where they stop using candies to lvl and they need XL - just save XL for that hundo and have a 6 team of 5 35/40s and one lvl 50 mon and you’re good
Go hub db says normal and mega ray are better with outrage than breaking swipe, is that true? (also I got 4 mega ray including a level 50 shiny lucky 96%)
Theoretically, Outrage has slightly higher dps than breaking swipe in the raid, But! not always, breaking swipe is three bar, you can use breaking swipe faster, so sometimes at low health, when you don't have time to recharge outrage, you can use breaking swipe before you are knocked out, also breaking swipe is more versatile, breaking swipe is better in team rocket battle and Go battle league.
All moveset has different duration window and damage window in raid, for example, outrage has 3.9sec duration and 2.5sec damage window, when you use outrage, you will be stuck for 3.9 sec, which means that you can't doge and use fast attack), and at 2.5 sec after you tap outrage, the damage will dealt to the raid boss, if you get knocked out at around 2.4sec after you tap outrage, the damage won't be dealt to the raid boss, that's why sometimes you see raid boss regain health. For breaking swipe, it has 0.8sec duration, and 0.27 sec damage window, which is instantly fast, that mean that the damage will never miss.
Both are viable options imo, but Outrage is better for raids/gyms. Breaking Swipe will do slightly less damage, but it's more spammy, so you can consistently get off more charge moves when using it compared to Outrage.
lol at Groupon nickname, mines is called crouton 🤣
I have a 15-15-6 shadow kyogre and a 15-15-13 regular kyogre. What should I prioritize?
If you took advantage of the primal kyogre raid day and can primal, definitely the 96% regular Kyogre to at least 30 or 35. But ultimately you want both up there in level. I just recently got my shiny Kyogre up to level 35 and now am working on my shadow Kyogre up to 35 as well.
I have a maxed out hundo of both charizard and blaziken
What IVs are ideal in order to use elite tms for legendaries?
15 attack
i have 14/15/15 metagross should i max it or wait for hundo..
I maxed mine that was 14/15/15, but it was also shiny
25:20 why does that landerous have over 4k cp and the bar shows that it is only half way maxed?
why has no one responded to this
Photoshop
Just got a 11 15 15 groudon, worth the investment or try for better?
I would try and get a better one from lucky trades
When will rayquaza return to raids?
I've been trying to look this up for forever, but nobody is talking about it. Can you, or can you not teach Origin Pulse to Kyogre with a Charged TM or Elite Charged TM. Just need a yes or no, and is it possible. Because I got a Kyogre back in 2019 but it came with Hydro Pump, instead of Origin Pulse. So I'm just wondering if I can change it out, for Origin Pulse, or if it isn't possible. Or does it learn Origin Pulse when you Primal Evolve it???
Yes, you can use an elite TM to get Origin Pulse on your Kyogre
I have a shundo shadow kyogre, i should purifie? For more pc to pvp
if it's already a shundo shadow, then no. it wont gain anything from purifying. that would be the best non-mega attacker you can get for water.
holy shit
Gardevoir with triple axel is a really decent ice attacker as a Mega and you can double function it as fairy.
Lol, triple axel is such a bad moves but mega gardevoir's stats is just too high that still makes higher dps than many ice type, I don't recommend it tho, mega pokemon has same type boost effect, mega gardevoir doesn't boost ally.
I said decent, and as you said no stab and not really a great move. But as secondary move it does a decent job if you don't have a top tier ice attacker and already have Gardevoir power up
Im relatively new to Pokemon Go and have a lot of high IV shadow pokemons but they all have Frustration as Charged Ability and the internet says the only way to get rid of it is from some event?
Yes, you can only TM away Frustration during Team GO Rocket Takeover events
@@LuckyBunz Okay thanks for the confirmation! Appreciate it :)
How to know what moves to give them
i dont understand the reason for certain level recommendation. would a level 50 shadow mewtwo be much stronger than 30?
I think he is considering candies and stardust. But imo mewtwo shadow is really good and cool maan ngl and I have it at level 40 . I caught it at giovanni research years ago and I missed the last shadow mewtwo raids. Now I have a lucky shiny mewtwo and a big relief with the -50% upgrade resources in both candies and stardust
Ps. That's my only shadow mewtwo rn with 15/14/9 iv and I got it for free from its first release by defeating giovanni.
I think you got it mixed up, my example was a Level 30 Mewtwo (shadow) is about as good as a Level 45 Mewtwo (non-shadow) The example is to illustrate that shadow Mewtwo is OP
When you do a guaranteed lucky trade does it give you the exclusive moves?
No
No, the Pokemon needs to already have the exclusive move before trading.
I'm a new player, where do you get that much legendaries with perfect ivs?
Lots of raids or lucky trading
How much worse is a Sceptile without frenzy plant? Like, if I don't have that move, is it not the best attacker anymore?
It's about 4 ER points lower, which is still slightly above Kartana. You should be okay just sticking with Leaf Blade for now
I believe draco meteor is just slightly better than outrage for mega salamance
Oh wow, you're right. That's something I never would have expected on the mega specifically.
Is zekrom not viable with wild charge?
You could get away with it in a raid, maybe even master league but it's a self debuff so use wisely in pvp
Zekrom is still viable with Wild Charge, it's slightly worse than Fusion Bolt. Wild Charge will debuff your own defense by 2 stages when used in PvP.
Bunzino ,My hitta! ❤ luv the content . Keepem commin …the videos of course, I’ll satisfy the ladies
I don’t know if I’m wrong .. But I only try to max my lucky Pokémon .😅 don’t have enough time to farm stardust. Of course I try to force lucky trades of specific Pokémon like Garchomp or metagross
19:40 i hope this is photshopped because why in the world is anyone hoarding 485 million stardust
I have 3 mega evolved rays and 2 meteorites i guess i got super lucky..😅
Dang I'm at 4, you beat me by one!
😱
Two of my megas are hundos one is a shlundo i traded for on Christmas 🤗✨
@@Laoboi2o3 Wow, which one was the shundo?
@@LuckyBunz it is a lucky shundo. Did my lucky trade with a family member on Christmas because we dont live in the same state so it was a nice reward for waiting lol
Should i get a shadow garchomp to lvl 50? 15-13-14
yes
Absolutely, that IV spread is great. I would even consider giving it the 2nd charge move
what is your sp6 tag for
Check description for my naming conventions
I just level 40 everything lol
26:28 Abomasnow? ❌ Obama snow? ✅
God bless and much love to all ❤️🙏
Noice
Me sitting here with almost 30 rayquaza XD
How do you have that much stardust? 😂
is there a way to check my pokemon level?
I know that GO Stadium has a battle rank checker, you can punch in the IVs and then drag the scale to match the CP of your Pokemon, that should give you the exact level. Otherwise, I would just use the chart I have in the video for a more generalized approach.
20:26 Hideous thing.
how much did you spend on this game
I've spent $0 on PokeCoins and I've been playing since 2016
What is sp6?
There is a video in the description that covers my naming conventions!
My apologies! I totally thought I had explained that in there... guess I need to make another video for search tags. The SP6 stands for "special team of 6" which is what I use for my raid attackers, for each typing.
@@LuckyBunz aah no problem, thank you!
MEGA GENGAR DOESNT COUNT AS A POISON ATTACKER BECAUSE NO FAST POISON MOVE………GOODDAY!
Fair enough 😆
@@LuckyBunz not trying be mean🤪☕️
tapu koko for fairy is better than enamorus
It has No fairy fast move
Tapu Koko is not better because it does not have access to a fairy fast move.
Can palkia do well as a water raid attacker?
Despite not having a water fast move, yes for both forms.
I think Origin Form Palkia could still be a decent water type attacker, despite not having a water type fast move. It benefits from STAB and has access to both Aqua Tail and Hydro Pump.
I guess normal types aren't useful for raids 😂
in pvp the Ho-oH actually does keep the sacred fire+ for pvp. Not the ++ but still better than normal Ho-oH
In pvp sacred fire+ and ++ are the same thing as regular sacred fire. It does more if its a shadow, not because of the move itself.
@@KingKong11730 when the apex came put they said the plus did go to pvp. I haven't tested this though
@@stephenbarber6062 hmm that's strange, maybe they changed their minds or made a mistake? Because having a paid ticket only upgraded attack would cause a pretty big uproar in the community I would imagine.
In PvP, Sacred Fire+ and Sacred Fire++ are treated as normal Sacred Fire movesets. They only get the additional boost when used outside of PvP.

you forgot to rank the type, tier s a b c, so we know which type is worth to power up to battle current raids, for example why you recommend power up bug type? is bug type is at tier s? i feel sorry for new players that follow your video and waste alot of dust to power up pokemon that the type is at tier c
I think this is a versatility ranking rather than dps ranking.
He did mention the pros and cons for the pokemon, And for those bad dps pokemon like bug, he did said don't recommend to power up all the ways and gave the warning. I would say that those to power bug pokemon didn't follow the video
