This is a custom heavy rescue fire truck made completely out of LEGO bricks!
This walk-in rolling toolbox specializes in structural collapse, confined space rescue, trench collapse rescue, vehicle extrication/machinery disentanglement, rope rescue, and rapid intervention.
Mounted on top of this truck is a crane that can be utilized to handle heavy work like lifting slabs after a building collapse, auto accident stabilization, and below-grade rescues. The crane has two A-frame outriggers under the boom pivot point that can fold out to provide a sturdy base while lifting loads.

Amazing truck, with some insane detail! I only have one suggestion, maybe replace the crane with a light tower. As cool as it looks, it just doesn't fit this style of truck, nor would it be used on this type of truck in real life. Maybe build a second rescue truck based off of the LAFD heavy rescue rotator trucks? Can't wait to see the rest of your fleet!

You should build a bigger brush engine to match the scale of your rescue truck ps I would recommend doing a seagrave type 3 wildland engine
I would replace 6stud and 4stud windshields. So, the driver won't watch at the edge from his face.
I definitely agree, though the only available 10 wide stud windshield is too tall to fit.

perhaps you could build a mobile hospital which would double as a TICU (temporary intensive care unit). it'd probably be similar to a larger version of set 60044 mobile police unit. it'd sort of also be similar to another build you've done before.
