This is a custom Lego 8x8 Luxury Expedition Camper/Off-road Motorhome.
This camper can be taken anywhere off-road for the ultimate off grid experience. This build is mini-figure friendly and has many play features. The stabilizers under the vehicle can be folded down, the rear bike rack can be raised or lowered, the rear bedroom slide out can extend to increase space, the middle roof can be raised up to allow access to an upper deck, the front winch can be extended, three roof pieces can be removed to access interior, and there are also plenty of storage bays for use in the underbelly.
On the exterior there are spot lights all around the vehicle, a light mast with security camera, solar panels, an air conditioner, rear mounted camera, roof rack, spare tire, GPS, and access ladders on either side.
Inside the vehicle, there are three TV sets, an additional TV monitor for security cameras, two dining tables, two large couches that can be converted into beds, two sinks, stove, oven, microwave, two refrigerators (one with freezer), washer and dryer, toilet, walk-in shower, desktop computer area, and a queen size bed.
This vehicle can sleep up to 7 mini-figures with the upper deck roof raised.

I've seen the real thing on another website but can't remember which. However, it probably was made by Unicat. You can visit their website Unicat.net. They make the most badass expedition RVs I've ever seen. And yes, one of their RVs has a drop-down garage in the back for an ATV.

Amazing build, but you could have swapped the positions of the bedroom and the toilet
That makes no sense, that would cause unnecessary drama with the plumbing, also, guests would have to walk through the bedroom to use the toilet.. it's good the way it is, plus the bedroom has a 270' view and a skylight when on the end

It’s much smaller than I thought it was going to be, or the guy got giant hands. I do actually like it but those Lego miniature people makes it tacky, (I’m not a fan of those Lego people as it takes the beauty away from those otherwise incredible models.) It's 10 studs wide, which I prefer because it allows for endless interior room space design and seems as close to scale as you can get in my opinion.

in my opinion the vehicles with the styles of LEGO Speed champions and LEGO American movie adaptations are better than those of LEGO CITY, since compact cars are 6 studs wide, performance vehicles and vans are 8 studs wide, trucks measure 10 and trains 12. Those styles of vehicles are complex and realistic compared to the generic LEGO city vehicles that are too small for children, instead the vehicles with the Speed Champions style and American movie adaptations have a good development to want to make a model in that style instead of the real-life LEGO CITY style.
I agree 100% with you. The scale I like to use is that of the Speed Champion cars at 8 studs wide with trucks, buses, and larger vehicles at 10 studs wide. More realistic as far as scaling to minifigs. Though way more pieces to build in this scale, which equals more of an expense and selling price. Must be one of the main reasons the bulk of LEGO set vehicles are in the smaller scale one seater vehicles. They are easier to put together for children and cheaper.
