Took the day off to fish the bay and I’m so glad I did. Scored my personal best California halibut and got to experience it with my brother @Vanader
Come along as we get some fish in the boat, clean it up, and cook some beautiful macadamia nut crusted halibut. This is one of my go to recipes for this fish.

Impressive boating and fishing, cooking skills. It's so good to see that you cook healthy using olive oil. I noticed in another video that you drink kombucha. It's so good to see you eating healthy.
Johnny! I appreciate it brother. I try to eat as healthy as I can, sometimes im a straight dumpster and anything goes ! LOL I love kombucha, I usually drink 1 a day. Expensive habit but a great replacement for soda. New BMW video coming soon!
@@DayOffDIY I haven't had a soda in a couple years, I replaced it with different flavored electrolyte powder in spring water. You will save a lot of money in a years time and it's healthy. Also I don't consume any kind of vegetable oil for cooking, also I buy the butter that's healthy.
i agree! I did away with canola and vegetable oil as well. been using more avocado oil recently!
