We need to start Joseph ahead of Bamford. He is hungry, got speed and a good first touch. All pivotal things that Bamford haven't got. Great talent.

Nice to see Summerville back at it right at this point in time because we need his goals quite clearly. Who else threatened Watford's goal except for the super sub? Maybe give him 20 mins if you're 2-1 down and needing goals to stay top of the table? And PLEASE stop making it easier than it ought to be by playing Cooper. I don't think he even saw Dennis, just the ball in the back of the net 🙄
In any other season this is a solid point on the road. Let’s keep the support going for our lads. Not our best performance but we came through a lot this past 10 days and fought for the draw. Nearly clinched it at the end too. Fair play to Watford for a solid first half!

Can’t argue with that. As a Watford fan, we’ll take a draw against the strongest team in the league, well played. I hope you do well in the prem next season, and I hope we join you the season after.
Joseph has that ruthless edge in front of goals. He needs to given longer spells on the pitch as he gets into the right spots, makes good runs, harasses the defence and is clinical. There’s a lot to like there and I believe he has a very bright future.
The ball was kicked against him by the defender. Hardly a great strike was it. Very lucky that went In. His first shot was scuffed badly and should have been cleared
He's proven himself more than enough to be a necessary sub if you're in trouble and need a troublemaker. But to wait until the 84th minute (as Farke always seems to) is a bit much. I don't care how he scored, he's in the right place & doing what others could not. That goal may prove to be huge. Thanks to Leicester for flunking their chance, but Ipswich kept a clean sheet & did it again.

Injury time was an absolute farce in this game. Oftentimes players bring a bad light to the sport, including some of our own. However, Porteous took the absolute piss with this one, three times in the last five minutes he stopped play due to absolute bullshit and didn't even receive a yellow. We really need to introduce interviews for the referees to see what is going through their mind when they make decisions, or at least know what strain they're smoking.
Totally agree. We had incredible momentum and he went down twice for no reason and wasted 4-5 minutes. There’s always an element of gamesmanship but this was a joke and he should have been carded in the first instance it was clear time wasting. Maybe we wouldn’t have converted the goal, but the momentum we had gave me same vibes as Leicester game
@@aragornelessar956 Yep. He went down twice and committed a professional foul where he checked our player about a second after the ball had been played. All within five minutes. There at least needs to be retroactive punishment for these things. It pains me when I see our players doing it too but this was on another level. I also got Leicester vibes.

You cant win every game ,nobody does .The fact we got a point speaks volumes for the heart of the team in a tough week .Its nobody's fault a draw was fair result against a determined and dangerous team with a new Manager and at home
Not some great team selection from Farke. Bamford up front when he's got a far better goal scorer in Mateo. And Cooper who we all know is a liability when he's got Cresswell who he could give a chance to the young guy.

This was likely Farke’s first mistake since Christmas. I appreciate Ampadu is a good midfielder but we have found out he is a premier league class centre back and inspirational captain. Cooper has been a good servant but this needs to be his last game for Leeds.

He's as much to blame 100%. Just watch the replay. When you see where Dennis picks it up, there's the two of them letting him cut right through.

No fault for Cooper. The manager hasn’t read the game at all well. If you pay attention to the 2nd Watford goal all defenders are allowing the striker to play freely. This shouldn’t happen in any league.
Tbh, Cry and Gnonto are one trick ponies. Cry likes to wade in from the left and send a curve-ball into the right corner of the net. Willy likes to cut in from the right and send them in at right-angles, down the middle of the box. James has more variety but what we really need is a goal-poacher. Bamford is too slow and preoccupied with messing up the defenders. Rutter is more of a ball winner/provider and Piroe, tbh, has just lost his touch completely. Joseph must be given every opportunity to do what he do: snapping up unconsidered trifles and converting them into points.
I wrote exactly this about Summerville in another video yesterday. Every goal he has is coming in from the left before he tries to curl it in the far corner. Sometimes it works, like today, but it's too predictable. Every shot on goal from him is like that.

Surely defenders know where he’s going and to say Summerville has only scored goals coming in from the left isn’t exactly true. Granted a fair few of them are but that’s to be expected since he plays from the left 😂😂. He’s scored 16 goals in the league so predictable or not it’s working isn’t it..
@@JamieLowe-xp1le Watch the highlights from the last 5-6 games he has played and tell me that he doesn't try a curler in the far corner 75% of the time. 3 out of 4 shots are exactly there. Whether he scores or not is irrellevant, because if it goes in, it's the defenders' and the keeper's fault for not studying their opponent thoroughly.
Of course want to win every game for the rest of the season, but it’s not realistically possible. Let’s make this into a very valuable point by winning the next few games.

Farke has done so much for us so it is a shame when makes a mess of team selection and subs again. This is another match where we drop points when we need not have done so. Cooper is past it, no goals conceded from open play until he plays. Subs left till late when it was obvious we needed change and Joseph is on for a few minutes when he should be on for the whole game. It was criminal to break up the Rodon, Ampadu partnership when he did not need to. And finally please send Bamford on a Saga all year cruise.

How did the meter tails get into the Wago enclosure? Either someone worked live or the fuses were pulled. Did you check for tightness in the meter after you man handled the tails into the Wago's or just assume you hadn't loosened them, be up in arms if the meter went up in flames.

I agree the defence lineup was wrong. Farke can't play this defence. No, Cooper, he doesn't have the speed or quality. If they play like against a terrible team, which had an awful defense record, this Leeds defense need premiership experienced defenders are required; left back, right back and centre back. And premiership centre forward. And two quality midfielders.
Inclusion of Cooper in team sheet knew Leeds United will drop point and no cleansheet . Secondly we had Glenn Kamara was so awful can’t the boll or shoot , Archi Gray should play in midfield instead of kamara and Shackleton right back . Joseph for Bamfodona

They are both to blame. They are 2 vs 1. They're almost 3 vs 1, as Ampadu also could have tried to block the shot. However, they are both in the box, a tackle is risky. They are both trying to block, but both fail. Cooper is too slow and Rodon should've went in closer and disrupted the shot. They both end up blocking Meslier's view instead. Meslier is not at fault. It's difficult to save a low hard shot with 2 defenders blocking your view. In any case, that's my take on it.

Leeds Welsh players looked tired in this match, just off the pace. Tough, long qualifier mid week. Bamford 30 minutes in only had 2 touches. Watford's shape was difficult for Leeds passing game. They did us a favour last 20 minutes by trying to hold on to lead, allowing DF to throw attacking players on. Hull still chasing 6th place, not going to be easy. Looking for Southampton to draw with Ipswich, Norwich beat Leicester. Could be one of those crazy days where all three top teams lose on same day
