my mans came back and stole the total record from delaney like nothing 😭😭
ay as the man said “im taking yalls necks on the 15th” and fs he did 😭

Legend! Dude has put in so much work over the years!! Gotta respect this man! 🏌🏿♂️
Strong as hell, but crazy how close Austin Perkins is with 851kg @ 75kg....
Austin's best is 851 but looking at Russ he's got 870+ easily
bro came back after a 2 year hiatus and got back on his throne 💯
The tiny little man orhii does it again
His third attempt was overturned
Beautiful, well done my brother
my goat
Good vid dawg luv the come up
I wanna watch his meet recap video but i cant wait i have to watch 😫
Top!
russ really needs to bring his bench up
Bro....he's a monster regardless. He only weighs 182 lbs...
Ay I know he is strong... been following russ for years. Austin Perkins is catching up. @@chancefluke7833
@@chancefluke7833 people a weight class under him comfortably outbench him. his bench has been the same since 2019 at worlds
the downside of being built for deadlifts with those long arms unfortuntely
@@chancefluke7833 Agreed, but his competition is starting to get really close to him. If he wants to reign for a while he needs to bring it up ASAP.
Kjell Bakkelund just did 815 in the IPF 74s. Deserves a video imo
coming soon! subscribe so you won't miss it!
That was fast
The record should be topped up for heavy necklaces.
6:10 mastermind calling the shots. his soldier ready to start liberatin the galaxy.
This wasn’t even that great of a meet by Russell’s standard, when compared to the lifts he is capable of pulling off in training. I think Russ when he is in top shape he could potentially pull off a 880-890kg total even as an 83kg lifter.
him not squatting to depth in training will always put a big difference between his gym total and comp total
The red lights on squat were crazy
To be fair his squats have always looked parallel. Especially in training.
Not on his last. That wasn't deep enough.
@@ThomasThomas-tg2qifor PAM standards that's generally good enough
his 3rd squat got overturned btw
In IPF that would be 3 reds 100% of the time
Crazy that Perkins would’ve came 2nd in a weight class above him
now the only comeback I need is 83 john haack
Eat Russ!!!
Yall must have forgot. *Roy Jones voice*

so is this a record total ?
It is an unofficial ipf world record total in the -83kg class. (Unofficial because it hasn't been done in an international competition yet)
05:19 may as well have been TnG lol
The pauses were quick for everyone tbh
Truly an inspiration But that judges who gave him the red are dumb
how is he only 83?
Because he is not tall
He weights a lot more in offseason
He weighs around 90kg off season and is 5’6
@@nextlevel8771does he do an insane water cut like Haack? John loses like 10+ pounds overnight
@@Shvabicu No I don’t think he does. I know that in the past Russ has done intermittent fasting on the lead up to meets to drop his weight, not sure if he still does that now. Regardless I believe his weight cuts are much more gradual than John Haack’s cuts.
At least he's less cringe than Delaney
very weak bench for a short guy
Bruh, 420 lbs at 183 bw and decent rom, what sorta people do you train with??
Just say you are morbid obese
@@travisdschultz1014its true tho russel should be benching more considering his stocky short build. Thats not even 2.5 bw
Yeah I will concede that bench is his weakest lift, I would love to see Russ program it harder and hit 200+ at worlds@@user-lp6qb3dv1m
But it's clear why his squat/dead take precedent he is ridiculously strong at those 2
... after 2 years of a so called "break" he´s back on tren (oh... sorry...) track... "temporarily" switching towards "the dark side" and then caliming "his throne" again... it´s ridicolous...
