There’s an editing mistake on A8dd bubble hand, the flop did not have 2 diamonds. Sorry about that guys!
We know you'd never fold that, even with 150 BB 😅
Had a feeling. The rampage we’ve all come to know and love would snap call there
Not sure about denying equity to overs on that board. Most overs are open ended or pair plus straight draw.
Ran to the comments I knew there was no fking way or I was unsubbing.
You could see the 10♤ on camera and you said two spades in the commentary so not that big a deal. Lol, terrible fold if the graphics had been correct.
You know when Ethan is buying in for a fourth bullet and the video is 13 minutes long it's not gonna end well 😂
😂😂😂 my thoughts exactly
HE WILL GO BROKE MATTER OF TIME
@@maybach2691 why would he go broke? Hahahahahaa obviously you have not been here since the beginning.
At least he recouped 62% if his buy-ins🤷🏻♂️
@@thatartjay4425 for sure!
that AJ clubs call after an UTG raise and a HJ all in was really a BLUNDER like you said....can't give chips away in a tournament. 🙁
The A8d should be fold or shove too I think
A8 pair+flushdraw is a must call
I thought I was the only one that saw that?
He should’ve he would’ve hit either 2 pair or the nut flush and probably changed the entire tourney outcome lol
The flop did not have 2 diamonds
You guys do know that you can literally see 2 out of the 3 flop cards and neither are diamond's. lol Either you are blind or you're not paying attention. Makes one wonder what you are watching AND looking at while the video is just recording the felt, chips, community cards and the dealer hands. Cheers
congrats on making the money! thanks for letting us know about there being no diamonds on that one flop. i was going to say an all in was definitely in order
This is literally a man that would post four bullets in a 25k, sweat the min cash, and then in a week or two will probably somehow post playing the one drop. And BY GOD do we love him for it!
4th bullet was the charm! Good to see you realize the mistakes you made. You've won tourneys before, and it's just a matter of time when you do again. 100% sure you won't repeat them next tourney.
Just started this video...basically your Canadian winnings on the line here, hope you got the W
If I had money, I'd be doing what he's doing and loving all the ups and downs. Keep those videos coming
if it helps ur 3rd and 4th bullets were profitable decisions... well maybe not the 3rd but it did lead to the 4th which was a great decision
big fan bro.....suggestion from the peanut gallery: When doing tourney videos and in spots like the kq spade shove you should mention pay jumps scale. Ie: the next jump is 8th place so we can consider ICM. I think it would be a nice add on to your wonderful videos for your more advanced fans. Ps I'm from NH and went to Bentley. You grow up whole life in MASS? Where?
Dude you popped up on my feed for once. Algo showing you some love
The a8dd hand.... I think it's either a fold or shove. Definitely don't wanna min open with a huge stack in the BB who's defending 70%. If we wanna win the tourney prob gotta rip it pre. Or fold. But giving away half our stack is blahhh
great vid...love the tournys !
Nice overall comeback, $$-wise. Good.exciting vlog - thanks Ethan! 👋👋👋 👍👍👍
Onwards and Upwards Ethan. All the luck to you for the next game at Hustler.
That south Florida poker hit different don’t it😂. Come on back down hands down best area to play this side of the Mississippi
I actually agreed with how you played the A-J hand, but couldn't believe you raised that A-8 (I think) instead of just calling.
Easy fold with AJ with 2 all ins ahead
Tournament bullet losses hurt more and more mane, nice vid. Heads up 9.30-9.25 you had A8 of diamonds (not spades). Quick edit for fix.
Love the content man your a real inspiration
To lose lots of money
The more I think about it, risking 100k in a tournament where you are busting the vast majority of the time to win only $600k first place seems like not a great risk/reward.
25k for 600 is though lol
Well most people don't fire 4 bullets in a $25k
Hi I am curious how you video record these hands. What camera system do you use?
You NEVER come to Harrah's Cherokee for the WSOP Circuit anymore!!! Come on down in February and, at least, play the Main Event! It would be nice to meet you!
Should have folded the AJ Suited, UTG raised and then HJ raise as well and you was sitting to well with your stack! To close to the money to give away money and someone was going to bust regardless!
Rampage with literally any two cards. “Never gonna give you up!”
Wait we fold Ad8d with bottom pair top kicker and draw to the nuts?
Good job on cashing the tournament! The last $25k came in clutch!
yeah he cashed it alright. he paid them $38K.
I clicked the video so fast when it's a Rampage video.
what makes an amazing tourny player??
oof that "fuck..." @ 11:01 was so relatable 😆
Wow. Good to grab 62k.after 4 buyins Great comeback God bless you Ethan keep studying and getting better
You should be in the Bahamas with the big boys is what the story seemed to say
And good evening as well young man
I’m curious I just started playing Club GG. In one week played 50 tournaments and have bagged 4 wins and 16 ITMs. Fields range from 100-sometimes 700. Are the players that bad? I feel like it is giving me decent MTT practice.
ClubGG lower stakes (MTT and cash games) for real cash is very soft. Still great for practice!
Rampage waiting for the sun run... That's the equivalent to 10 rebuys to the main event 😳
Just saw the AK vs A9 hand AIPF. Couldn't have asked for a worse flop than A99 sheesh
Congrats on the cash
Hell of a sweat man!!!
Barry shows up on the River:(… been there many times :( the A8 fold was ridiculous imo…. I’m snap jamming or snap calling if villain puts me all in…. Ahead of most draws and great reduce straight outs and one 2 overs… that fold I disagree with. The ace jack three way was a snap fold as well but you came to that consensus already
Hey man you got back over half of what you invested that may not be a win but that's at least a Band-Aid to cover the boo boo. LMAO 🤣
banger time!
4:50 Robbi's hand lol.
Is the A8 really a fold, even if on the stone bubble? Seemed like you had so much equity there with the flush draw, pair, and over card
It was a graphical error, 10 and J were spades not diamonds as displayed
For real, that was a much better hand than the one he ended up busting out on, especially being so committed.
Editing mistake, I didn’t have a fd
@EthanYau don't you pay your roommate first edit ? Dock em 😂😂
Not a flush draw. His graphics were wrong. Just bottom pair and an over.
You should've tanked on the A8, to see if you get a bust in the other table. Then after the bust call. Lol
What you think about the Mars and Wesley Drama?
How do you play WPT Global when you live in the USA???????
Thanks Ethan
When you’re in for 100k a 62k mid cash feels like a win. Big stacks were definitely busting your balls but that’s what’s why you want a lot of chips during the bubble.
The sun is shining, not sun run is shining. Don’t give that solar company free advertising 😅
Hi Ethan, sorry you didn’t win this tournament. At least you got some of your money back. Better luck next time. Good luck at Hustler. Take care and be safe. Peace🌹
5:21 I’m in a pretty tough spot. No you’re in the snappiest fold ever ☺️
You don’t regret folding the A8 suited hand with the nut flush and a pair… I guess you can’t gamble when you’re in for 100k just seems like a crazy fold with the chance to double up.
Were u watching on mute, it was a graphic mistake the J10 were spades and not diamond, he wouldn’t have folded not in a million years if he had a pair and a nut flush draw
@@elio-7911 oh I see. Yeah I missed that…
What’s good Ethan!
That’s an addiction my friend
Hope you won it!
Commenting on your vid so that your luckbox will transfer to me, and I’m gonna run good on the tournament tomorrow 😄
If you are going to fold A8d on that flop, you should just fold preflop. That hand doesn't play that well postflop unless you get a flop like you did. I get the fold on the stone bubble but just fold preflop instead.
the thing is, if you look at the top left of your screen its a 10 of spades… not diamonds?
There weren't 2 diamonds onthe flop. If you're going to comment on the video, get your facts straight.
how do you NEVER protect your hand. just leave it sit there ready to be mucked or someone elses folded cards onto. can't wait when it happens.
Whaaaaaat you folded the A8 diamond hand? No f way man. You had a pair and nut flush draw ?
The A8 hand was a horrible flop bet on the bubble. How can u bet there knowing you have to fold to a check raise. Just horrible
Hello Rampage❤
You know rampaged doesn’t win when he doesn’t put it in his title
Rampage, the clickbait king
Ace jack clubs hand easy fold
Show ur 4times buy in🤣
AJcc hand, if you don't fold to UTG open and then a 3B, you're just never folding AJs preflop? That's so spewy.
Sometimes the graphics don't match the script and it's a bit confusing. The 9:30 hand with, supposedly, A8dd on JdTd8h flop that you don't feel great about since it has two spades was extra confusing.
Nothing confusing J10 were spades so clearly it was a graphic mistake
@@elio-7911 the graphics saying something completely different isn't confusing? K.
@@Jermo484 it is confusing if u were watching on mute
@@elio-7911 whatever you say, my man.
I would choose ALL-in, but its difficult to say --- no one know
A8 suited shove pre, if you're scared, just fold.
Man you gotta learn to understand the value of your stack. Yes you have to be aggressive but tournament play requires patience also. It’s a marathon not a sprint broski
Soooooo......your gonna have to finish 4th or better to break even.....🙊🙉🙈
That K9 vs J4 with the board AA2K9 at 4:00, your opponent is a donk! He bet for value on the turn and river, what is he getting to fold? Not an Ace or K so betting there is stupid unless he has a K or an Ace
He obviously wasn't "betting for value"
Pocket Jacks? Never heard of them.
oh aren't we the funny one today... ugh. Huge fail thinking you're funny
Need little rest refresh.
Folding a pair plus nut flush draw after putting in almost have your chips and leaving yourself with 6BB~
Man, were u watching on mute? he said the J10 were spades and not diamond, clearly it was a graphic mistake
Yup, you'll fold that AJ soooted next time, wontcha? 🤣👍🍀😎
The 100k High Roller tournament has a mincash amount lower than the buy-in. That's kinda cheap!
It is a 25k highroller, but he had entered it four times.
I don't think that's true. And even if it did, why mention it on this video? It has nothing to do with this tournament...
WOW
AJ was a fold I think… of course I’d the clubs came you’d been in great shape
Never seen anyone happy to lose 38 thousand dollors
AJ is not GTO but I like it
Can you tell us how much your actually up or down in tournaments lifetime? It seems like most people get the idea that they think they can do what you do. Prob best to let them know that after everything you’re actually only up small in tourneys or down small whichever it is. Even though of course you’re a KZhead vlogger, it would be nice to know where you’re at so others don’t get some false hope thinking they can play tourneys form living
He does that at the end of every year...no need to tell him to do it
@@VVeZoX shut up
I’m a one bullet only kinda dude😂
Rampy
I remember the $10k challenge like it was yesterday, I commented that he would be doing a $1mil challenge soon!
Lmfao jack high
Don’t understand the fold with the nut flush after playing such a trash hand short stacked???
I would all in...
It was a graphic mistake, there wasn't two diamons on the board
You need 3 aces per tournament
This seemed like gambling. You were really chasing haha. Never quit gambling
I couldn't imagine having to beat 600 players to win 20 times your money. Just doesn't make sense to me. Just go play roulette in the high limit room and bet red.
9:51, is this an ICM fold? Seems tight
Right. Snap call. But its always easy to say
wtf. so you bought in $100k event with 12BB starting stack?
Did you skip over the first part of the video??
what a blunder to bet a8d
How much taxes you gotta pay on 62 k?
Around 33 to 35%. No state income tax in NV, only federal. He can deduct his losses up to the amount of his wins.
It’s our boy Ethan
or wait for it. you could fire one $25k bullet then quit?
I like big bluffs and I can not lie. Shot bro. Next time Sleep more. Peace from NZ.
Punting stacks and bullets now. Take it easy, Ethan.
Gg
I am sure mistakes can happened. It’s norm. You did well. I absolutely agree with you that at least you didn’t lose the 100k. You had a wonderful time. That’s life you win some you lose some. What matters is you give your all and enjoy the process. With that mindset you always win probably not always money but the experience. Go go, Ethan!
