Jimmy wasn't traded to Miami. He was traded to Philadelphia to play with Embid, with the Lucky bounce losing them the series against Kawhi, He then chose to leave cause he couldn't deal with Ben Simmons as one of the reasons and signed with Miami in Free Agency.

So when judging lebrons teammates its important to compare them in their prior year. Also, I can tell you never watched Shaq on the cavs because he commanded an instant double team every time he touched the ball or it was a bucket. So he was good enough to be Shaq, Lebrons playstyle just doesnt compliment his, and we can appreciate Kobe and Pat Riley's leadership a little more for keeping shaq in shape. All in all lebron had good teammates in his first cavs run. Only difference is he ended their careers. Check shaq, ben wallace, larry hughes, antwan jamison, etc. which careers pretty much died after joining the cavs. I wont mention k love, rodney hood, chris bosh those are just too much

Shaq and LeBron wasn't a Duo, it was Cavs trying to get talent to surround a young Lebron. Based on Shaqs career, he was well past his prime. Jimmy Butler wasn't swell on Wiggins, but Towns was the biggest issue in Minnesota. He demanded a trade and landed in 76ers where it became even worse because Embiid injuries were a headache, and Simmons wasn't interested in getting better. And if there is one thing we know about Butler, he hates people who don't want to elevate their game, won't work out and eliminate their weaknesses. Westbrook and Durant never failed, they were multiple time Conference Finalists and made the NBA Finals against one of the best teams in 2010s. The didn't fail, they just never succeeded to make it all the way to the top. Big difference.

Maybe, if Lebron could had adapt his game. Lebron is best when he is surrounded by shooters or fast guys who can catch is famous quaterback passes. Lebron is now the NBA top scorer, because of his passing. The young Shaq was also a zone-monster, his passing was not bad, but he could simple overpower everyone. So he forces the opponents to play big in oder to stop him and this also create space for shooters.

Hakeem didn’t destroy anybody he actually got embarrassed in the 1995 finals. Shaq at 22 kid avg 29-12-7-3 on 63% after the first 3 games combine Hakeem avg 32-10-5-3 on a lousy 46%. Shaq was better in game 1 and game 3. Hakeem was better in game 2 and game 4. Shaq was doubled team 78% of the time in the 1995 finals which is embarrassing Hakeem couldn’t take a young Shaq one on one. Peak Shaq embarrasses Hakeem badly. Hakeem was a good player but overrated

Jimmy wasn't traded to Miami. He was traded to Philadelphia to play with Embid, with the Lucky bounce losing them the series against Kawhi, He then chose to leave cause he couldn't deal with Ben Simmons as one of the reasons and signed with Miami in Free Agency.
Technically, Jimmy was traded to Miami for Josh Richardson. But that was only because he was going to sign somewhere as a free agent if the Sixers didn't do that deal.
According to Jimmy he had no issues with Ben and he would’ve stayed in Philly but issue was with management thinking that they couldn’t control him
