  • im more amazed how these machines are "planned/designed" to produce/process the parts and them assembled it to make the final product. yes. the product is the one being sold but the machines (and the people who specifically created these machines) are much more valuable in my opinion..

  • There's such a difference between these manufacturing videos from different contributors. Merely 5 minutes in here, there are several exceptional things occurring besides the always wonderful Japanese care of their product. The natural sounds, without music, and without voice over is wonderful. We WANT to hear the machine sounds. Then the progressive closeups to see the actual processes are done very well. Thank you!

    • I love to watch these operations which reminded me of factories in the past. Unfortunately nowdays here in the UK the Factory inspector would close them all down, Or until all the machinery was guarded to his strict requirements. You can bodge things up with green gaffa tape but you are not allowed operators to work on dangerous unguarded machinery.

Same as there are greedy folks who produce crap, like the tin buckets at the beginning of this video, which reek of low quality. The metal so thin that strengthening ridges have to be inserted. I've watched several vidoes of japanese manufacturing and craftspeople creating excellent products, this is not one of them.
