  • 良いものは高い理由が分かる動画でした。職人の技術による品質の高さ。今の製造業はコストダウンを考えるから安いと長持ちしない昔の家電の方が耐久性が高かったし小型化できないから重かった分頑丈に出来てた。

  • Forty five years ago I watched as an apprentice, leaf springs being made and repaired in a little backstreet yard in London. Same processes and it was a very old place then. A lot of heavy manual skilled work here and you can see it is done absolutely correctly.

  • The Japanese people take a lot of pride in their work. Probably the only people left that do. I remember a time when American laborers took pride in their job, but not so much anymore. I did but was constantly laughed at and put down by fellow workers. I buy Japan-made products anytime over anything else if available.

    • Yes i work in a Spring Factory in France and the process are similar. The difference is that for me, the entire process is automated, right down to painting and marking.

  • 100均の輪ゴムとオーバンドの輪ゴムの違いは知っていました バネは電車に使用する物でしょうか?大変な作業ですね 全て機械では出来ず 手をかけた物ほど質が良く 値段が高くなる事がよく分かりました

  • Этот гаражный кооператив и есть самые крутые японские технологии? Доля ручного труда на всех стадиях как 100 лет назад. При том нам всё время твердят, что производительность труда у нас ниже на порядок, поэтому наша продукция должна стоить в разы дешевле.
