I've been following Katherine since her american idol days. I was rooting for her to win. She looks so much like my granddaughter who passed away at age 19. Every time I saw Katherine on TV, I would call my family and say " Britney's on TV again" ( my granddaughter s name). Dang I didn’t realize he was over 40 when they married!!!! She was 23 & he was 43... And they were a couple when she was on American Idol. He actually found out where the nearest auditions were gonna be held & convinced her to go try out for the show.... then after everything with the show ended, they got married. He wasn’t rich as in David Foster rich(!!!), but he was pretty well off I’d say... & yeah she likes older, although 20 & 40 is one thing, 35 & 70, another.

I got a sense of his attitude towards her illness being as if, I’m next to her only because my label is “husband”, so I’m expected to be, a phony. And he ended up whining about how she drained him of millions & then once the divorce was officially in the works, it became I’m broke after spending all this $$$ traveling around the world for “junk” treatments... & at one point, he was planning on suing her (I think he actually DID sue her, but later dropped the suit) to get his millions back because he was put into financial crisis. How disgusting!!!!! He, in the end, was like most others around her, saying she was faking it, it wasn’t a real disease, he didn’t believe her & so on.... what an asshole. With all the money he has, he wasn’t going bankrupt(!!!!!!) & to try & get his millions back from her showed his true colors, proving he cared more about his money (himself) than the health & wellbeing of his wife. You could tell she was truly sick, she went from being so spunky & outgoing to feeling rundown & unable to enjoy going out with friends. Just looking at her, she appeared ill, you could see it in her eyes..... & as the person said in the original post, he does give off weirdo vibes & even has a creepiness vibe. Now we see that he had wondering eyes while with Yolanda, he had his eyes on Katharine while she was still in her 20s & would ultimately catch her while she was in her early 30s.....

Trust me on this one, she didn't want to win and be locked in to and Idol contract which is why she sang the same two songs again. She was infinitely better than Taylor. Somebody clued her in to take that strategy. She knew what she was doing and it was likely the right decision. It worked out for Taylor Hicks because without his win he would have had absolutely nothing. So I'm kind of happy for the limited success he was able to have.

David, being older than you sees perhaps, like society and I need to re-reflect on something my Mum told me a long time ago.. I think David Foster is a talented musician/producer and deserves all the career success he has found in his life. I also think Kat McPhee is a talented singer in her own right. I do however think they are flawed human beings (like the rest of us) but if they chose to be together for however long, that is their life and choice to make. They unfortunately get to have their bad life choices played out in the media for the world to see.

She came out & Sang “But if you ask me to” . I stood there truly mesmerized. Sound, pitch, backup singers. All professionals. Guess I’d never heard anything like it

I've been following Katherine since her american idol days. I was rooting for her to win. She looks so much like my granddaughter who passed away at age 19. Every time I saw Katherine on TV, I would call my family and say " Britney's on TV again" ( my granddaughter s name). I got a sense of his attitude towards her illness being as if, I’m next to her only because my label is “husband”, so I’m expected to be, a phony. And he ended up whining about how she drained him of millions & then once the divorce was officially in the works, it became I’m broke after spending all this $$$ traveling around the world for “junk” treatments... & at one point, he was planning on suing her (I think he actually DID sue her, but later dropped the suit) to get his millions back because he was put into financial crisis. How disgusting!!!!! He, in the end, was like most others around her, saying she was faking it, it wasn’t a real disease, he didn’t believe her & so on.... what an asshole. With all the money he has, he wasn’t going bankrupt(!!!!!!) & to try & get his millions back from her showed his true colors, proving he cared more about his money (himself) than the health & wellbeing of his wife. You could tell she was truly sick, she went from being so spunky & outgoing to feeling rundown & unable to enjoy going out with friends. Just looking at her, she appeared ill, you could see it in her eyes..... & as the person said in the original post, he does give off weirdo vibes & even has a creepiness vibe. Now we see that he had wondering eyes while with Yolanda, he had his eyes on Katharine while she was still in her 20s & would ultimately catch her while she was in her early 30s.....

Trust me on this one, she didn't want to win and be locked in to and Idol contract which is why she sang the same two songs again. She was infinitely better than Taylor. Somebody clued her in to take that strategy. She knew what she was doing and it was likely the right decision. It worked out for Taylor Hicks because without his win he would have had absolutely nothing. So I'm kind of happy for the limited success he was able to have.

He probably let her go those yrs thinking he at least had the privilege of knowing her and hearing her sing but when they met again, he probably felt that it was meant to be. The guy is like this confident nerds who gets what they want but won't be pushy or awkward about it so that's probably why it all worked out in the end. They cute.

I think David Foster is a talented musician/producer and deserves all the career success he has found in his life. I also think Kat McPhee is a talented singer in her own right. I do however think they are flawed human beings (like the rest of us) but if they chose to be together for however long, that is their life and choice to make. They unfortunately get to have their bad life choices played out in the media for the world to see.
