  • I was commercial fishing out of a tiny town in Alaska with my grandparents, it was late at night and my very reserved grandfather and I watched an episode in 93 and we were laughing so hard we woke up my grandmother. It was the only time I ever saw him laugh hard even to this day. My grandmother kind of chuckled but called us children and went back to bed. Somehow he has forgotten this moment in time, was only 12 and he was in his 50s but i am so thankful to have that memory. Thank you Mike🇺🇲

    • @@DeathsInverse Unfortunately this is not the same. Since the combination of social media and smart phones entered our lives (circa 2009), everything gets censored, wokeness gets shoved down our throats and almost every entertainment is just being sold to you via mass marketing, instead of being an actual good media piece. I asked my father who is born in 1963, about what decennia he liked the most. He said 80's, 70's, 90's and a bit of 2000's, in that order. He praised 4 decennia and didn't give a single praise to 2010's. I feel like that's the general consensus these days of people that are over 30. They'd rather live during any time in the 20th century (even experiencing the wars), than to live in these dark times, which are gonna become even darker.

I got into this cartoon since I was in the 3rd grade and I always felt even to this day that their music video commentaries felt more like commercial interruptions, I still owe it all to their music video commentaries for promoting some of the rarest underrated bands out there that nobody has even heard of. Aside from big bands like pantera, slayer, metallica, megadeth, judas priest exc.. I've been a metalhead to this day all because of beavis and butt-head and I will never forget that! Good on MTV for paying him what he was owed, after they bought the rights for 18k. Many networks wouldn't do that and then the original creator would have to fight in court.

  • He will always be remembered for Beavis and Butthead. But, his true masterpiece is "Idiocracy". It accurately predicted the fate of the U.S. better than any sci-fi film before or since.

    • He nailed the president's part to a T. Think about it: The Hair, The WWE background and The Stupidity. trump was the real life President Dwayne Elizondo Mountain Dew Camacho.😂

    • bill hader would make a great butthead, they should do a live-action version of this with hader and Davidson. if SNL was any good, they would have seen this and made a skit of it back in the day
