His choice of vegetables and organic produce is really good tho, u would struggle to be nutrient deficient on this diet which is good. But I'm quite tall so this diet wouldn't help much I'd lose mass and lose a lot of friends due to my mood.

    • Jesus is Fake I was an all-state wrestler and I cut weight all the time back then. It sounds like this is what Jordan eats when he’s training, if not all the time (he’s probably always training anyway). He’s smart about weight cutting, which is why his diet is so clean and that he’s so lean, so that at the end he only needs to shed several lbs of water weight. He keeps himself healthy, lean and stable all the way up to where he needs to dehydrate himself for weigh-ins, which is how it should be done. It sounds like he’s always hovering at around 170.

Starting the day off with plant protein feels great, even if you're not vegetarian, I'd give it a try. A diet like this is sustainable, surprisingly cheap, and doable. DC started in his 30s. Anderson Silva didn’t get to the UFC till his mid-30’s. Athletes are getting bigger, stronger, faster, and smarter. That’s because of technology, supplementation, training methods, nutrition, and psychological training. At the end of the day it really comes down to will, desire, and heart. All those other things I mentioned are there if the athlete chooses to go forward.

  • Hello. I'm a sports nutritionist and I can say for sure that you are in a negative nitrogen balance with this diet. You'll be losing muscle, which I would think isn't ideal in your sport. I would reccomend around 1.6-2g of protein pr. Kg. Bodyweight for ideal performance. For you this would be around 160-180g of protein pr. Day. I'd estimate that The current diet you're eating, is giving you around half of that amount. Around 80-90g of protein pr. Day. Which is likely insufficient.

    • @@josephhendershot968 Well you might be right. But that's the problem of this video. They don't say it's in Weight cut. Champs like that take 2 to 3g of protein per kg. About 1g of protein per lbs... and 0.5 to 1g of fat per kg ...
