    • I later found out that I had an intestinal parasite from traveling. I believe this was the cause of my chalazion and other eye inflammation. Once the parasite was cured, I no longer had issues with my eyes. 🙏🏼 I plan to make a separate video about this! Stay tuned 😉

    • Thank you for asking! Yes my Chalazion is fully gone now. I am left with a slightly different eyelid crease but you can’t really tell. I ended up doing only one session of IPL.

  • My goal is to keep my sodium down to 1500 a day. I have just started to lower my sodium in the last couple of weeks and have lost 10-Ibs. I developed a excel sheet that helps me keep track of my calories, carbs., protein, sodium, potassium, magnesium and more. I was wondering if couscous acceptable on the dash diet? Thanks for the information it is what I was looking for to help me get on the right track!

    • I thought the procedure itself was very uncomfortable. I did not want to go back for a second one. But I also feel like the person who did my IPL session was not very gentle so I think it just depends on who you see.
