    • @Norberto Fontanez Arroyo Thank you for your response, time, and consideration. Let us be humble with our response, because Adrian Broner did have the courage, but mostly arrogance to fight Maidana. "It's not the critic who counts, not the man who points out how the strongman stumbled or where the doer of deeds could have done them better. The credit belongs to the man in the arena whose face is marred with dust, sweat and blood. Who strives valliently and errs, who comes up short again and again, because there is no effort without error or shortcoming. Who does actually strive to do the deeds. Who knows the great enthusiasms, the great devotions. Who spends himself in a worthy cause. Who at best knows in the end the triumph of high achievement. Who at the worst, if he fails, at least he fails, while daring greatly. So that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls that neither knew victory or defeat.". Theodore Roosevelt

      @theruggedscholar1544@theruggedscholar15442 жыл бұрын
    • @Norberto Fontanez Arroyo Once again, thank you for your response, time, and consideration. Mr. Broner's behavior has been quite arrogant. Unfortunately, Mr. Broner was raised in an environment and period of time, where sportsmanship is a demonstration of personal weakness. To demonstrate sportsmanship, an athlete chooses to possess courage, humility, self-control, and genuine respect for your opponent. It appears Mr. Broner has had a problem controlling his sexual and/or physical impulses. When a man cannot control his sexual and physical impulses, he lacks discipline. When a man lacks discipline, he looses respect for himself. When a man looses respect for himself, he becomes weak. When a man becomes weak, he lives a without purpose. When a man lives a life without purpose, he becomes destitute and impotent, while waiting to die.
