I want to thank you for all you have done for me. I was told to do yoga by my doctor but never could find someone I could learn from as well as I have from you. I'm no where near doing a lot of the full poses yet so I appreciate the beginner friendly options. I was so proud of myself yesterday because I finally did crow pose for 2 seconds, not long but a good start!

I love to see this part of you! You are a very chill, laid back, but put together and it’s evident that you’re an extremely hard worker. But in some of your short videos of you trying your handstands and stuff- we get a glimpse of a more silly, colorfully dressed side of Charlie. I think you’re fascinating and although I’m a couple of years older than you- I look up to you as an inspiration and career goals. If I only achieve teaching yoga in my small city at the half time dance studio my daughter goes to - then I’ll be happy You work incredibly hard and have studied so many things about the body to explain what the poses and stretches are for. I know I can’t be the only one who appreciates that.

Thank you so much for your videos. I am 8 months post partum and if it wasn’t for your videos I’m not sure if I could even function normally right now! I had an injury during childbirth and you’ve helped me restore nearly all my stretch so far and helped my aching body due to breastfeeding and bed sharing. You’re amazing.
