Great game from Dallas and Boston today! Proud of the boys to play as hard and well as they did today down so many men and with AHL call ups, injury bug hit us hard. But congrats to Miro, he was out today to see his baby be born!

nah its systemic- dallas and boston share the (always having a decent goalie pool) trait. its cause they have good goalie farms theyre real tight and develop them well. that leads to having an eye for good trades for the position aswell.

What happened on that last shot in the shootout? In the video, it looked for all the world like the puck went all the way into the net, bounced off the skirt back to the goal line, and only then did it get swatted out by Swayman. Is there an overhead shot of that play somewhere?
It landed what seemed partially on the line and stopped then Swaymen pulled it out. I saw an overhead shot of it in a gif somebody made but can’t post it here obviously.

razor says that dallas doesnt get beat they just lose rn and thats how this game feels. they put out all the winning strats dominated puck play and limited chances and oppertunity simply said no. thats why it was a slug fest. no one did anything wrong the goal scorers just got the goals they could and the games natural randomness made the result odd. boston needs this to turn into momentum- but dallas just needs to keep doing what theyre doing- as its gonna win ya games 90% of the time.

They aren't back. Swayman simply stole that game. The Bruins gave up 46 shots on goal and only had 23. They got absolutely caved, and swayman bailed them out time after time. They lose this game 9 times out of 10.
