Girl! I study architecture which means I get a lot of all nighters and sleepless but I am intolerant to coffee. What really helps me to give me that kick is Powerade or Gatorade not quite the same but it’s an alternative to non caffein drink

Omg I thought it was just me that had the dip in the middle of my baby bump!!! I'm soo glad you even bought this up as I thought I had an odd looking body and didn't want to show off my bump what so ever. My dip remained until the end of my pregnancy. Surprising the dip was when I had my daughter, when I had my son I didn't have it. Maybe there is or isn't a corellation with having a boy or girl but I noticed at my sons time it was gone. Please don't be insecure you have the most amazing pregnancy body. Goof luck my love xx
